Excursão de Dia Inteiro ao Retiro do Vale de Mai Chau saindo de Hanói

The distance is quite far, so travel time is long, but the beautiful scenery makes it worthwhile. The first rest stop also has great views, but the scenery at the second rest stop is the best. The lunch upon arrival in Mai Chau was excellent and delicious. The scenery during the 2-hour bike ride was also very beautiful. My only regret is that it would have been nice to stop at a pretty cafe along the way. Overall, I am very satisfied with the value for money.

We had a nice short 1-day trip. Cycling next to rice field, our tour guide Dong explained the culture of ethnic Thai people, agriculture, hunting & other livelihood. The food was good and fresh. The toilets, dining area and in general everything was clean.

Informativer Reiseführer. Komfortable Fahrt mit zwei Stopps und der Bus war pünktlich zur Abholung. Das Mittagessen bot genügend Optionen für Vegetarier und Veganer. Ich würde empfehlen, eine Nacht zu bleiben. Ich fand den Aufenthalt zu kurz, um das ganze Dorf zu bewundern.

The tour guide was very good. Although the drive was a bit long, the scenery was beautiful. I recommend staying at a resort for 2 days.

7:20 AM - 12:00 PM: The outbound journey included two breaks: a restroom break and a Mai Chau view break. Travel time was approximately 4 hours. Afterwards, we had lunch. The local food was delicious. 12:40 PM - 3:30 PM: Cycling, which we thoroughly enjoyed. 3:30 PM - 7:15 PM: Return journey, with drop-off near Hanoi Station.

Es un gran viaje a los pueblos de montaña y los campos de arroz. Siento que las paradas podrían haber sido más interesantes, como un templo bonito que vi en el camino. El recorrido en bicicleta estuvo bien, pero el tipo de bicicletas no era el adecuado para el terreno. Las bicicletas de montaña serían mejores. En general, buena relación calidad-precio, y solo éramos yo y unos pocos más en el recorrido, así que fue un grupo pequeño y agradable. El almuerzo fue muy bueno en una casa de familia local.

It's a city similar to Sapa. I went during the New Year, so it was a bit cool; in other seasons, it would probably be very hot. However, there are no rice terraces to see during this period. The only activity available is cycling, which I couldn't do because of my injured leg, while other tour groups could ride golf carts to see the city. If you want to go alone, you have to pay an extra 300k VND, which is a shame. The guide was lovely and caring.

It took 3 hours by car from Hanoi Old Quarter, with two breaks along the way. After lunch at the destination, we cycled for about 2 hours. The car was about 15 minutes late for the meeting, but other than that, everything was great with no particular issues. The guide had clear English pronunciation, which made it easy to understand.

It's already been three years. A half-day in the peaceful countryside of Mai Chau allowed us to fully experience the charm of a Vietnamese village. Everything from the hotel pickup to arrival and the program itself was excellent.

Con trai tôi rất thích đạp xe và đồ ăn. Ngoại trừ việc bữa trưa diễn ra ở nhà nghỉ chứ không phải với một gia đình bản địa, bức ảnh mang tính đánh lừa vì không có ruộng bậc thang nào cả, hướng dẫn viên đạp xe có lúc biến mất khiến một nửa nhóm không biết rẽ hướng nào, và một tài xe xe khách bấm còi không ngừng nghỉ suốt 6 tiếng trong khi chắc hẳn đang thử vai cho đội đua Williams F1 tại chặng đua Hanoi GP sắp tới, thì đây cũng không phải là một ngày tệ lắm...... ít nhất thì tôi cũng mua được mấy gói cà phê ở trạm dừng chân!
