Aula de Culinária de Sushi Asakusa Tokyo: Brinde com Barril de Saquê e Matcha Batido

My husband and I had an incredible time at the sushi and matcha making class. We booked it the night before, and we are so glad we did! Sora and Hono are amazing hosts! The directions were easy to follow and you make plenty of sushi to be full. It's a perfect lunch/dinner experience. We are already talking about making sushi at home when we get back. Thank you so much Sora and Hono!

The sushi experience was great. I came with a group of 4 people. The location was clearly marked and easy to access from the Asakusa station. The hosts Hiro and Sora gave us chef jackets to wear and started us off with a sake toast and proceeded to offer as much sake as we wanted throughout the class. The sushi demonstration was fun and engaging. The amount of sushi we each made was a lot and we were quite full at the end. The experience ended with matcha drinks. 10/10 I would do again! This would be a great fit for a corporate outing or a date.

This was an awesome experience! Sora is a great teacher and the interaction with him was fantastic! So glad I went for this sushi making with sake and green tea! Just a tip: If you are a small eater, you may consider using less rice for your sushi. ;)

Tomo sensei to issho ni o-sushi tsukuri o shite, totemo tanoshii keiken gaできました. Kare wa totemo omoshirokute, shinsetsu de, kōza no aida-chū tanoshimasete kuremashita. O-sushi to omatcha no tsukurikata ni tsuite, totemo wakariyasuku setsumei shite kuremashita. Kōza no aida ni wa o-sake mo itadakimashita. Watashi no yō ni o-sushi ga daisuki na gaikokujin ni wa, kono akuteibiti o zehi o-susume shimasu :)

What a great experience. Chef Ken was great, truly passionate about the skill of making sushi. We were a group of five ranging from 12 to 46 and we all enjoyed our experience. The fish was fresh as can be, the Matcha was perfect, and the sake kept flowing. The rest of the staff was also excellent, easy to communicate with, and extremely helpful and attentive.

This experience is more than our expectations! I came here with my husband and our friends. We learned a lot and also had a fun time together. It was very special for us to make the sushi by ourselves and then eat it together with our loved ones. The matcha part also added a nice cultural feeling that made the whole experience feel complete. You can really feel how much care and passion the teachers put into this class. Highly recommend for couples, friends, or anyone who visits Tokyo!

Mein Mann und ich hatten eine fantastische Zeit! Wir wollten schon immer lernen, wie man Sushi zubereitet, und das war bei weitem die beste Art und Weise. Wir beide hatten die ganze Zeit und noch lange danach ein riesiges Lächeln im Gesicht. Sora und die Crew waren unglaublich und haben den gesamten Prozess absolut machbar gemacht. Sehr empfehlenswert!

A really wonderful experience! We learned about the history of sushi, the process of making maki and nigiri, and how to prepare matcha tea according to Japanese traditions. The instructors were super lovely and patient. We really had a great time. Highly recommended!

This was such a good activity. The instructors were great and friendly. The class was informative and it was great. I would definitely recommend for people to try if they are traveling to Japan. We made two types of sushi, toast, made matcha, and got a history of sushi making. The class was fun and interactive. 10/10
