We had a fantastic guided tour of Tokyo with Rie. We are three older ladies who had never been to Japan before, so having a guided tour on the first day was perfect. Rie took us on the trains and showed us the main tourist sites, providing historical and interesting information as well. We also had an amazing lunch. Thank you, Rie, for making our first day in Japan so fun and special!

Kaori was an exceptional guide who took us to some of Tokyo’s top highlights while sharing fascinating stories and historical insights along the way. She went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and memorable. Knowing we needed Halal food, Kaori thoughtfully messaged us restaurant recommendations near our hotel both before and after the tour so we could enjoy even more of Japan’s amazing cuisine. What truly stood out was her kindness and attention to detail. She made sure my mother, who uses a walking aid, was comfortable throughout the day. Kaori also offered to take all our photos at the landmarks so we could fully immerse ourselves in the experience. If you're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable guide with great local insights (and especially if you need Halal options) this tour is the perfect choice!

This tour was the perfect way to begin our journey in Japan. Eriko is an exceptional guide with outstanding knowledge of Japanese history and culture. Visiting temples with her completely changed the experience — she explained the meaning behind each ritual, the symbolism, and the stories behind every corner, allowing us to appreciate these sacred places with proper understanding and respect. It made everything far more meaningful. Beyond her expertise, Eriko is incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. She offered excellent recommendations for food and shopping, always aligned with our interests. Her warmth and professionalism made the day smooth, enriching, and truly memorable. We highly recommend both this tour and Eriko as a guide. It is an outstanding introduction to Tokyo and a wonderful way to start your adventure in Japan.

Our tour guide, Matsuko, was amazing. It was our first day in Tokyo and turned out to be a great introduction to Japan for me and my two teenage daughters. She was able to help us with our JR train pass reservations at the JR office and showed us how to ride the metro system. We got to see the sites we wanted to see and more, which exceeded our expectations. My teenage girls had a blast, and she took us to places where they would have fun. We had time to shop and eat yummy treats. For lunch, she took us to a wonderful Soba spot which was delicious. This tour is a must when starting your trip, especially if it's your first time! We can't wait to go back!

Tuvimos un recorrido tan encantador con Taiga. Fue realmente genial tener la opción de ir a nuestro propio ritmo, echar un vistazo a tiendas interesantes y hacer algunos cambios espontáneos en el itinerario (como una parada de 25 minutos en una cafetería de nutrias para mi hijo) mientras seguíamos viendo muchos de los lugares y barrios icónicos de Tokio. El día también fue mucho más relajante al tener a Taiga haciendo toda la navegación y no tener que estar mirando Google Maps constantemente. No puedo recomendar a Taiga lo suficiente como guía. Fue un compañero encantador, interesante y entretenido. Este es un recorrido fantástico para los recién llegados a Tokio.

Our guide Rie was very flexible with the itinerary. She picked us up at our hotel and guided us through several cultural stops we were interested in. Since we were staying in Asakusa, we could start the tour right away, as the first stop was Senso-ji temple. Rie told us about the history of the temple and its current customs. Other stops we made were the Shibuya area, Harajuku, and Meiji Shrine. She pointed us to a nice place for an authentic Japanese lunch. And throughout the entire trip, she took pictures of the noteworthy sights, which she shared with us after the tour.

Narita-san was amazing. We booked a private tour for my wife and two kids (3 and 1) knowing we would need to move slower. When he confirmed our tour via WhatsApp, I mentioned we had two little ones and wanted a stress-free, slow-paced day and was okay if we couldn’t make all the stops. He gave us just that. He planned a child-friendly tour, knew where all the elevators were, and made sure our must-see stops were made. Our request was to buy a new chef knife, custom chopsticks, sushi, and good snacks, and to do as much of the tour as we could without being rushed, with plenty of potty breaks and breastfeeding breaks. He did exactly that. So thankful for his guidance and patience. Definitely recommend, especially if you have young children.

Narita fue el mejor guía de la historia. Fue muy educado, respetuoso y conocedor. El recorrido en sí tuvo una excelente variedad de cultura actual e histórica. ¡Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite Tokio!

We saw and learned so much! I highly recommend this tour as your first day in Tokyo because you will also learn how to navigate the subway system. Great for families too!
