Our tour guide Pravin is very nice! He treated us to delicious local Nepali tea and sweet pastry and let us take our time to take photos! Both villages are very relaxed and rural, very different from the city.

Menuka was a fantastic guide who made this short trip a really memorable one. Having been able to see the Newari people’s everyday life was a great experience - the hanging bridge was just an added bonus!

I booked this tour and four historical sites in Kathmandu on Klook. The guide assigned was the same person for all of them, and they couldn't speak Chinese at all, and barely any English. Moreover, the guide had never even been to the attractions themselves, asking passersby for directions along the way. This was completely unacceptable for a guide. Their explanation for each site was at most two sentences, and the language barrier made it even worse. When I booked, I requested a Chinese-speaking guide, but the guide's Chinese was probably at the level of a one-year-old child, let alone being able to introduce the attractions in that language. Their English wasn't very good either, so I really don't understand why this guide was assigned. They also didn't arrange bathroom breaks or pick-up times for the car. When we asked to use the restroom, they took a long time to find one, and made us walk a very long distance to find the car's parking spot instead of the car coming to pick us up. I will never dare to book tours on Klook again. This travel experience left us feeling extremely disappointed.

The tour guide's explanations were very clear, introducing the unique features of Bungamati Village one by one and allowing us to visit various handicrafts, such as wood carvings and weaving, which were all eye-opening.

Our guide Kutar proved to be extremely knowledgeable about pretty much every relevant topic during our great and memorable journey. Besides being a great guide, Biji also became a true friend. So if you're looking for a journey in Nepal with a company and guide that is besides flexible, friendly, and honest, also a smart-minded local expert, look no further! In einem kleinen Dorf namens Bungamati besuchten wir diesen kleinen Tempel, der mitten auf einem ruhigen Platz lag. Außer den Frauen, die Senfsträucher dreschten, waren wir die einzigen anderen Leute dort und saßen bei Tee mit einigen Einheimischen. So ein toller kleiner Fund und weit genug abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade, um friedlich zu sein.

This is my second time joining a Klook tour, and the guide was very nice! I'll consider joining again in the future!
