Caminhada de um Dia em Nagarkot

I was very satisfied to see a beautiful sunrise. Although there was no call to confirm the pickup time in advance, I was picked up around 5:45 AM. The guide was kind and took many photos for us. Breakfast mainly consisted of Nepalese dishes, but there were also simple breads. It was very delicious. During the hike, we were able to enjoy the local town.

I booked this hike at the last minute through Epic Adventure, and I’m really glad I did. A big thank you to Shreeram Adhikari and Suren Sharma for making the whole experience so enjoyable. Everything went smoothly from the pickup until the end of the trip. What I liked most was that We watched the sunrise, had breakfast, walked through local villages, saw traditional houses and farmland, went through the forest and crossed the suspension bridge. It felt like getting a little glimpse of many different sides of Nepal. The hike itself was much easier than I expected.The pace was comfortable and there was never any pressure to rush. They were happy to stop whenever I wanted photos or simply wanted to enjoy the view. Both of them were professional, friendly, and fun to spend the day with. If you’re visiting Kathmandu and want something that combines nature, local culture, good views, and an easy hike, I would definitely recommend them. i’m on my way back and feel a blast :)

This is a fantastic itinerary! Not only can you witness a breathtaking sunrise, but you can also see the 'Golden Mountains' illuminated by the sun, offering an unobstructed view of the Himalayas (if you're lucky, hahaha). Afterwards, the guide will take you to enjoy a delicious local breakfast before you start your trekking adventure, where you'll see local villages, terraced fields, and waterfalls. The route isn't too difficult, but the scenery along the way is stunning. The tour includes point-to-point car transfers and a professional guide who will provide explanations. The guide's English is excellent, so English-speaking tourists don't need to worry about communication barriers. Moreover, the guide is very friendly and caring. I feel truly fortunate to have met them on this trip, and I highly recommend this itinerary!

I have booked a half-day hiking tour of this company on Klook. Luckily I was not the only one who joined this journey alone, there were 2 more customers who preferred a quiet hiking trip just like me. We were guided by Mr. Shree and I would like to say that he was so caring and professional as he has led us through a hiking trail that contained many beautiful landscape viewing down the valley. Additionally, we could expand some knowledge about Nepal as well as he was not a hiking guide only but also maybe an ambassador of Nepal. I was so joyful that day.

It was worth it! Guided by Mr. Shreeram Adhikari to this beautiful sunrise, down to having a buffet breakfast at a hotel with overview of the hills, then trekking down to the main meeting point for couple of hours. It was great! Easy for beginners like me yet the experience of seeing the sunrise on the tip of the Himalayas Range is perfect for me. Thanks again.

Abholung war pünktlich. Wir erreichten den Aussichtspunkt nach etwa einer Stunde Fahrt. Wir hatten etwas Pech, da es am Morgen ziemlich neblig war und wir die Himalaya-Landschaft nicht sehen konnten. Ein Frühstücksbuffet wurde in einem nahegelegenen Hotel angeboten. Es war ein einfaches, aber gutes nepalesisches Frühstück. Die Wanderung war überhaupt nicht schwierig. Wir bekamen viele lokale Häuser und Nutztiere zu sehen. Gegen 12 Uhr wurden wir sicher in unserem Hotel abgesetzt.

The trek is a relatively easy trail, walking past villages and temples. You'll get to see the Langtang Himalayan range if the weather permits. Suren is a good guide.

It's unavoidable due to the rainy season, but the only regrettable point was not being able to see the Himalayan mountain range due to the unfortunate weather. However, even with the mountains hidden by clouds and unclear visibility, the hike was very fulfilling as we saw mountain scenery that cannot be seen elsewhere and the daily lives of the local people in Nagarkot. Our guide was also trustworthy, attentive, and provided thorough explanations, and on the return transfer, they kindly dropped us off at a requested location different from our hotel. It was stress-free, as we were not forcibly taken to souvenir shops we didn't want to buy from, unlike some rip-off tours in a certain neighboring country. I would like to try again during the dry season when the weather is good.

This was a really nice hiking tour after watching sunrise. The sunrise was so beautiful, my first time to see a pink sunrise 😊and then following a nice breakfast. Our tour guide Suren was a very experienced guide, the itinerary is scheduled thoughtfully so within the 1.5 - 2 hour hiking you can experience seeing village people’s life, walking in the forest and passing through a long bridge in between mountains, you can take great photos there, but not recommend for people who are scared of height.
