I had a great experience on the night open-top bus tour the day before, so I booked this one for today. Unlike the night tour, when I arrived at the meeting point 30 minutes early, there was no one there. A staff member in a blue jacket arrived around 10 minutes before the departure time. I had overlooked the note that staff would arrive 10 minutes prior, so I was a bit worried, but if there's no staff at the meeting point, please wait until the last minute. You can hop off at any stop you like and re-board another bus at the same location at a different time. Please be aware that some buses might skip intermediate bus stops and go directly to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. The staff were very kind, and I would definitely use this service again if I have another chance to visit Macau. By the way, the buses tend to run late, but it's very convenient that you can check real-time bus information from Klook!

Macau in one day was great! We were able to get off, visit, and get back on without any problems, accompanied by commentary throughout the journey. It's a good mode of transport for tourists. It's a shame the last bus stops at 5 PM; if it could run until 9 PM, that would be better. However, we were able to take the free bus from The Venetian to the Ferry Harbor for our return to Hong Kong.

We enjoyed it and the ride was always on time. We prefer to go to The Londoner first so we can check out The Four Seasons, The Venetian, The Parisian, and roam around the mall. It was convenient, especially if you are a first-timer. They picked us up inside the ferry station.
