Such a cool experience and so glad we did this activity. Feels like you’re in Venice. Staff was helpful. Please remember to redeem your Klook voucher for an actual ticket before lining up.

The location was inside the Venetian resort. Easy to find & easy to redeem voucher. You have to go to the shop first get the ticket with your allocated time for the gondola ride. The entrance is a short 1min walk from the shop. Staff was super friendly and the ride was a nice short 15min journey. Nice little activity to experience whilst in Macau.

Coach: The boatman is humorous and witty. Experience: Worth trying. Safety: Feels like a lazy river. Location: Exchange tickets at the souvenir shop. Equipment: Regularly maintained, both the boats and the river surface are clean.

I purchased a voucher for a gondola ride in Macau. I missed some important details in the extra information. Nevertheless, my tour was perfect. I received the service as expected. I shared the gondola with another family, but this didn't spoil my experience. So, I can recommend this tour to other people.

It was an awesome experience to enjoy the Italian vibe in Macau. Normally, it is a shared boat, but since it was just my wife and me standing in line, they allowed us both to use a single boat. We were lucky to have a private boat for just the two of us. There are two canals; one is dry and one is working. Don't be fooled by the dry one. Keep searching for the canal that is working. You can go anytime, just check the working hours. Exchange your printed tickets for actual tickets, and you're good to go.

An incredibly worthwhile activity!!! Seeing the entire department store from the boat was stunning, and the sky was beautifully crafted. The boatman even takes photos with you 🤣. However, there are two canals, and at first, I went to the wrong place to exchange tickets, almost exhausting myself. On one canal, the boatmen sing, but the Klook one doesn't. Still, it was great! People above also kept taking pictures of us on the boat.😆

Go to the Gondola gift shop on the 3rd floor of the Venetian to exchange your ticket first. The staff will ask if you want a private boat or to share with others (each boat holds up to 6 people), and there are separate queues for private and shared boats! There are three indoor canals, and we chose the standard Grand Canal. Gently swaying with the boat, we slowly admired the Venetian's famous painted ceiling and the surrounding Italian-style streets. It is definitely worth a try!

The ride lasts about 10–15 minutes, making it perfect for couples, families, and first-time visitors. Although it's located inside a shopping mall, the detailed architecture and peaceful waterways make you forget you're indoors. The experience is especially enjoyable if you're looking for beautiful photos or a unique break from Macau's bustling casinos.

The overall experience was fantastic. I bought the tickets in Taiwan and picked them up at the site. The wait for the boat wasn't long, with about 4 to 6 people per boat 🚢. Buying tickets on-site is slightly more expensive! ❤️❤️❤️. I'd definitely go again if I have the chance.
