The location is an absolute winter wonderland. The organizer will contact you to arrange the pick-up. Even though the driver was delayed, the whole experience was worth it. Scenic location and every moment is memorable, from the cable car ride to experiencing snow 'rain'!

A day trip to Xiling Snow Mountain with the kids, and they absolutely loved it! There were so many activities to choose from, like snowmobiling, banana boating, and building snowmen. The facilities in the scenic area are excellent, with hot drinks available in the rest areas, so it wasn't cold at all. Our tour guide stayed with us the whole time, helping with luggage and taking photos, providing incredibly thoughtful service. We'll definitely come again!

The staff at the scenic area are very enthusiastic and promptly resolve any issues we encounter. The tour guide also recommended some great value-for-money snacks; the hot grilled sausages and sweet potatoes were super delicious. Highly recommended!

My best friend and I went on a day trip to Xiling Snow Mountain, and it was an amazing experience! Renting equipment at the ski resort was very convenient, and all sizes were available. We fell several times but still laughed so much. On the way down, we even saw the sunset, with golden light shining on the snow-capped mountains – it was breathtakingly beautiful. The photo spots recommended by our guide were absolutely stunning!

It was truly cold, but also genuinely fun. I'm not very good at skiing, but I gave it a try and it was quite interesting. There was plenty of time to explore, so I also walked around the ski resort to enjoy the snow scenery and even encountered a small squirrel, which made me particularly happy.

I came for the "window containing the snow of Xiling for a thousand autumns" and was not disappointed! The one-day tour was compact but not rushed. The snow scenery on the mountain top was spectacular and pure, and the atmosphere of the ski resort was superb. Both beginners and experienced skiers could find joy. On the way back, the tour guide even shared photography tips, which was so thoughtful. Five-star rating is a must!

I was worried that a day trip wouldn't be enough time, but it turned out I was completely overthinking it! The itinerary was super well-planned, with plenty of time to play in the snow and take photos on the mountain, and we never felt rushed. The view from Sun and Moon Terrace at the summit was incredibly expansive, allowing us to see the continuous snow-capped mountains in the distance. The air was also exceptionally fresh; every breath felt refreshing. The guide's explanations were very interesting too!

Although it's winter, the snow-capped mountains are incredibly beautiful, with the snow-covered peaks complementing the blue sky perfectly. Skiing, building snowmen – all the winter activities are so much fun, especially the photos in the snow, which turn out absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

A smile in customer service goes a long way. The driver did not greet or smile, possibly due to a language barrier, but a simple “good morning” would have made a positive difference. The itinerary on Klook stated a 7:00 a.m. start, while the driver suggested 8:30 a.m., which caused some confusion. We agreed on a 7:30 a.m. pickup, though we came out slightly late at 7:45 a.m. The drive to Xiling was not very smooth, as the driver appeared restless and braked abruptly several times, possibly due to fatigue. We suggested he take proper rest after dropping us off. On the return journey, the experience was noticeably better. Room for improvement: basic English communication and a simple hello, thank you, good bye approach.
