Coconut Village Basket Boat Ride & Hoi An Evening Tour With Dinner and Lantern Boat

Fantastisk opplevelse! Kokosnøttlandsbyen med kokosnøttkurven på elven var så avslappende og naturen var betagende! Hvordan en gammel landsby er så mye bedre i virkeligheten enn på bildene, kontrasten mellom gult og blått gjorde den ikonisk, uten å glemme de fargerike lanternene i hele landsbyen. Så mye å se der. Båtturen med utsetting av lanternene på elven var fantastisk, med alle regnbuefargene fra lanternene på båten som omringet oss, det var slående vakkert! Guiden vår var fantastisk og full av energi, takk Jin for at du var vår guide denne vakre kvelden!!

Really enjoyable tour, especially as a solo traveler! Hotel pickup was convenient, although one couple was 20 mins late…which obviously wasn’t the tour operator’s fault (though an apology to everyone waiting would have been nice). Our guide was attentive and made sure I was accounted for throughout the tour. He helped take photos, shared bits about the culture, and showed us where to go. Seeing how silk is made was interesting, and the coconut basket boat was so much fun! I recommend paying the extra 100kVND for the fast spin at least once and you can always ask them to go slower if it gets too intense. Hoi An was the highlight for me. We arrived around sunset as the lanterns started glowing, took a boat ride, released a candle and made a wish. After dinner which was just okay, we had free time to explore, so I ate quickly to maximize my wandering time. Hoi An at night is absolutely beautiful and romantic. we all agreed to see the dragon bridge and the tour guide showed us the way.

We had an amazing experience with this tour! Our tour guide Jin was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend!

I loved this tour! Nini is a great guide, very helpful and considerate. She gave us free time to explore the area and was able to manage our group well. I love that we went there late afternoon. We had time to explore the area before it got dark. Everything is also convenient since they picked me up from my hotel and dropped me off at the hotel as well. I didn’t feel rushed during the trip. Of course, if you plan to shop, that’s another story. I’m happy I booked this trip!

It was a fun experience today at Hoi An and Coconut Village. Thank you to our tour guide Nini and to our driver Hai for everything! The half-day Hoi An tour was a really enjoyable and informative experience, with lots of interesting history shared along the way. Our guide, Jin, was warm, friendly, and engaging, and made a great effort to explain everything clearly. The pace could be a bit fast at times — I was able to keep up, though a family with young kids occasionally found it challenging. The coconut boat ride was a bit congested, and the free walking time in Hoi An felt slightly short to fully relax and enjoy the coffee and beautiful surroundings. That said, the charm of Hoi An and the overall experience made it very worthwhile, and I would definitely recommend this tour.

Our guide Jin was great. She was interactive and very helpful with local hotspots. The coconut boats were cruisey and fun even though the weather was very hot. We were allowed to explore Hoi An old town, Jin was also flexible with time as a few of the spots we went to had very long lines. The night lantern boats were nice and romantic as my partner and I were given a boat to ourselves which was a bonus. Dinner was great, we got to have a taste of a bit of everything local. would recomment the night tour.

We had Nini (guide) and Mr Handsome (bus driver) for this trip and especially Nini, went out of her way and was super knowledgeable, kind, helpful and made the afternoon very enjoyable. She was even sweet enough to take photos and give them to you. The food for dinner was yummy but too much to eat. The boat rides were fun and safe! Loved being able to place a lantern in the river. Had plenty of time to enjoy shopping throughout the afternoon/evening. Highly recommend!
