ホイアンのホテルでチェックアウトをした関係で、荷物預かりができるところを探していました。少し不安でしたが、スムーズに受付していただき、帰りも笑顔で受け渡しでした！
I checked my luggage on the last day of my trip to Da Nang. I went to Honey Hotel with GRUB just to drop off my bags. After that, I was able to enjoy my last day unencumbered. The hotel's location is also very convenient, as it takes less than 15 minutes to get to the airport, allowing me to make good use of my time.
On the last day, as our flight was in the early morning, we chose to store our luggage here. It was very convenient; Honey Hotel is near Dragon Bridge, and it's only a 15-minute drive to the airport. We dropped off our luggage and continued exploring Da Nang.
On the last day, after checking out from Ba Na Hills, we couldn't leave our luggage at the Ba Na Hills hotel. This is where whaeL O solved our luggage problem.
They greeted me with a kind smile, and I safely received my luggage.
Booked a morning drop-off at Honey Hotel. Arrived and the shutters were completely closed. Avoid this specific location so you don't get stranded with your bags.
The hotel staff at the drop off spot had really unprofessional behaviour, tried to tell us we had to pay again to them directly even after asking to take screenshots of our proof of payment on Klook app so they were aware of payment. And they were also going to leave bags out in an open area of lobby with lack of security not in secured locked area and not in direct line of sight for reception, we just decided to cop the loss and left would not recommend using at the Sky Boutique Hotel location. We were told by WhaleLO that the staff we spoke to were newer and weren't aware of the WhaleLO service, as the upper management at the hotel hadn't communicated to them properly which is why they acted this way but felt very unsafe leaving in their hands either way. The WhaleLO whatsapp help line was prompt with trying to troubleshoot and I give thanks to them for their assistance but just couldn't comfortably entrust our belongings there - would rather carry our stuff around on our last day
去到前台, 話搵唔到我既預約. 等客服幫手等左20 分鐘都冇回應, 我趕時間即場比多次錢寄存行李. 要求客服退還本身比左既錢又話唔肯. 5個鐘後終於send 返email 黎話搞掂左, 叫我而家可以返過去擺行李, 當時我都已經拎返行李去緊機場
