Relaxing stay while waiting for our departure, the staff is really accomodating, we leave our luggage then go out to eat. For me our luggage was safe because the staff is just there looking for it until we checked out. Thank you so much ❤️

dozed off for a few hours after a grueling flight and commute at 9am. quite surprised at how hot it is in danang compared to ph. the space is quiet and comfortable. and I had it all for myself. winnie is very attentive and nice too.

We came accross Klook when we were walking on the beach and came to know that they were offering luggage storage as a service. So me and my sibling went to order and the staff, Winnie and Tom, was very supportive and helpful towards us and helped us get our luggage stored. Overall, the service was great, the staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable during the our short stay.

Although a paid luggage storage service is offered, when I arrived on the second floor, I found that the storage room was very large but completely unattended. There were only a few beanbag cushions on the floor. The door was unlocked, and a cleaner was sweeping outside the room. How can the safety of the stored luggage be ensured and protected from theft? We have paid for the service but nothing being served. Pls refund
