It was a great experience to roam around the beautiful city of Phnom Penh. We were only 5 passengers at that time and I booked it the same day. Converting it to the physical ticket in front of U mall was smooth, the staff were really friendly and it came with a Cambodia sticker too. It was a bummer since they said the afternoon bus wasn’t available so I took the night bus and the boat cruise in Mekong was free plus 1 free drink.

Fantastic! Service: The service was excellent, and the Cambodian staff were very genuine and lovely! Experience: The second-floor terrace offers a superb view, perfect for admiring Phnom Penh's scenery. They also play audio guides in both Chinese and English! Convenience of booking with Klook: After booking on Klook, you can exchange your voucher at the counter outside the Umall shopping center in Phnom Penh and then board the bus, which is also right outside the mall, making it very easy to find and convenient! The best part is that after the bus tour, you can also take a Mekong River cruise! Excellent value for money!

The hop-on hop-off tour is a must and a great value. I headed straight to the top deck of the double-decker bus, rode the full loop twice, then finished with the cruise. (Hint: Sit on the starboard side of the ship for the best views.) I got photos I never could have captured otherwise. The recorded audio at each stop was clear and informative. Special thanks to our always smiling multilingual guide Cheata, who took care of everyone and went above and beyond to make sure we all went home happy!

The Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour in Cambodia was a great way to see the city, even though it rained during part of the journey. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everyone was comfortable and informed despite the weather. The bus offered both covered and open-air seating, so we could still enjoy the views while staying dry. With stops at key landmarks like the Royal Palace and Wat Phnom, plus informative audio commentary, it was a convenient and enjoyable way to explore the city at our own pace.
