It's very cost-effective to buy hot spring tickets on Klook, cheaper than booking directly with the hotel. We booked two rooms, and for one room, we added an extra person on-site, and they gave us two quad rooms directly, which felt good.

The in-room hot spring bath was truly wonderful, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Since disposable amenities are no longer provided, I forgot to bring a shower cap. When I went to the front desk to buy one, the staff member was incredibly kind and provided it for free. This experience was really great, and my husband even said we could come again next time.

The reception staff are very polite and courteous. I would like to bring my children to visit next time. Besides hot springs, I heard there are some activities suitable for children.

The hotel is easy to find; just walk straight from Tangweigou Park and you'll reach it. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth. The room was very clean, and the hot spring water flowed quickly. I'm not sure if it didn't have a distinct hot spring smell, but it had everything one could need and was very comfortable. There's a sparkling water machine outside the room that you must use, and you can exchange for Häagen-Dazs at the end. Unfortunately, the staff at the coffee shop were very unfriendly and didn't respond to questions. Their attitude was a stark contrast to the front desk staff!

Convenient parking, friendly staff, and Klook vouchers are cheaper.
