Serviço de Lounge no Aeroporto Internacional de Incheon pelo Matina Lounge

a little further into the the airport but very comfortable. convenient to book and use.

The selection of dishes is very limited, and the value for money is not great. The fruit served was still frozen. I took it back to my seat and waited through two rounds of eating before I could start on it. Other food items were, as always, quite salty. The instant noodles provided were pretty good, but compared to outside restaurants, the food court next door is much better and about half the price. The only thing worth eating was the pan-fried beef cubes; besides that, it was just okay. You don't need to spend money on it.

The counter staff couldn't scan the QR code provided by Klook. I'm not sure what went wrong, but it took them a very, very long time to manually sort it out. I was able to get a seat pretty quickly, and the selection was decent. It would be great if charging pods were more readily available.

Absolutely miserable experience... Never again. All we wanted was a nice place to relax before a flight, a meal and a shower. The lounge in the ad in the "what to expect" photos looked great. What we got was a nightmare. Clearly this lounge is overlooked by multiple companies like Klook as the first thing we were met with was a very long queue, which took an hour just to get in the door, where we then found out there was no shower, no massage chairs, it wasn't even a lounge, more like an overcrowded food hall. Can't even say what the food was like because by the time we got in there we had 15 minutes left before we had to start heading to our gate. Klook said we could claim because we'd been smart enough to pay extra for "satisfaction guarantee" but only refunded 30% of the purchase price. NOT Satisfied.

This was a horrendous experience. I would not recommend this service ever. There was a substantial line up for the lounge. I did not even gain access after paying and waiting for so long. I got nothing for my money. I have had good experiences with Klook prior to this. There were no cautions around demand, in fact I see Klook were selling this experience at a discount today which may have impacted my terrible waste of money and no access at all even for one minute as the line up was so long,

Too busy, but the range was good and the drinks were worthwhile.

There was a long line from the lounge entrance, and I couldn't get in. No refunds... If I can't use it on the day, I'd like a refund.
