The service was excellent. Our driver was helpful in guiding us, giving us enough time to explore, take photos, and appreciate the beauty of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding places. He was also very accommodating whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Mt. Fuji itself was breathtaking. Seeing such an iconic place in person was amazing, and the entire tour was well-organized. Every stop gave us beautiful views and memorable moments. We truly enjoyed the whole experience and wished we had more time to explore even more.

Saeed nous a fait vivre une excellente expérience. Il est toujours à l'heure et nous a guidés vers les différents sites par des chemins plus faciles. Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent moment. Nous avons pu faire tout ce que l'itinéraire prévoyait.

This experience was great and I recommend it to anyone looking for something to do. Saeed was our guide and he is great. Smooth and safe driving got us to where we needed safely. Even though we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji due to the weather, it was still a fun time for me and my family. We had a wonderful day trip to Mt Fuji, Sato Nemba, and Gotemba Outlet with our English-speaking driver, Bin Sheik. My mom and I had a great time on this tour! Our driver, Rana, was polite and patient, and he helped us to take very nice photos :) I also really appreciated that we could customize our itinerary a little such that we got the best of both worlds - seeing Mt Fuji and shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and fuss-free visit to these 2 places! My only feedback: we were supposed to be picked up by Malik, who had contacted me the day before my tour. However, I was contacted by Rana only 15 minutes prior to the agreed start time of the tour, and it was also a different car from the picture that Malik had sent when he contacted me. Do also be prepared that although the pickup time in the booking stated 8 am, your driver may suggest a pickup time that is earlier (we shifted ours to 5:30 am) to avoid the traffic jam - which was a good call because the traffic was indeed congested. Other than that, everything else was perfect.
