Absolutely incredible experience!!! It was mindblowing seeing so many popular K-Pop idols in one place and witness so many amazing performances all at the same event. Like individual concerts, but better! I was able to see my favourite artists and also hear new ones. Getting tickets was a very smooth process too. Would highly recommend!
I had a great experience booking through Klook for the K-World Dream Awards. Picking up the ticket was a bit confusing at first since I couldn’t immediately find the pickup location, but the venue staff were very helpful and guided me through the process. The tickets were for standing, but I chose to stay toward the back so I could sit when needed. The event itself was amazing—the stage was close enough to see everything clearly and enjoy the performances. Overall, a smooth booking experience and a wonderful event.
super fun experience! fuss free and smooth way to attend these music shows as transport was provided to and fro! very convenient for me and was easy to find the buses in myeongdong and at the location! will def buy with klook again
The process from exchanging the voucher for tickets, to lining up and entering, was made easy to understand by the on-site staff. The venue was small, allowing us to see the performance much closer than we ever could in Japan. I bought standing tickets to accompany my daughter, but standing for about 6 hours from the time of lining up and watching in a packed-train-like condition was tough. Everyone around us was standing on footstools and taking photos with bazooka-like digital cameras, making platform shoes or insoles useless. I wish I had bought reserved seats in the stands.
The seats were actually really good for being a random assignment and since I booked all the tickets on my account, my friends and I were seated together. The ticket pick up was super fast and easy as the tents are labeled for each vendor so I just had to find the Klook line and I was on my way !
It was an amazing award show! I missed my shuttle bus there but the customer service was very helpful in helping me get to where I needed to go.

That was amazing, very well organised, friendly staff. We absolutely loved it.
A bit of a long wait before the doors opened, but once inside, it was forgotten. Plus, we had great seats!
