Ted is an excellent biking tour guide, not only giving us detailed illustration of lives and histories about Cambodian and Phnom Peng but always looking after us during the biking and led us in well-paced riding speed. Though there are some bumpy roads on the way but the bikes are quite good qualities so tourists can enjoy the riding! For the lunch, which is really tasty and Ted help us to order the food. Nice experience and strongly recommend that having this as one of the experiences in Camdia!
Loved this tour. The guide who took us - I think his name was Nary - was super knowledgeable about Phnom Penh given this is his hometown. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Phnom Penh off the beaten track.
This bike tour was great! 20km might sound like a lot but waa really smooth since we did plenty stops for water and fruits. One of the highlights is the stop at the silk farm, where they show you the whole process of silk. Nary, our guide, was very professional and had really good English. There is a van waiting for you to take you back from the island, so you don't have to ride back.
Everything was very professionally organised - all the team members and the guide were friendly and helpful. The ride was easy and safe also in the streets of Phnom Penh :-). It is great city escape from the busy streets to the countryside, local farm, silk producer. I would recommended it also for not frequent bikers. The mountain
It was a fun experience for us, the guide has been very helpful and friendly with us. We are inexperience cyclist, and going through the road of Phnom Penh sure is a challenge, but they help us. The visits to the villages to see their living style, the temple and they also explain to us on Cambodian way of living. It really open up our eyes. They provide us with free water and the water bottles we then can take back home. It was a half day all the way fun experience
Highly recc'd this tour! My friends and I were only staying in Phnom Penh for 3 full days, so doing this activity was an amazing way to be able to get out of the city and explore past the city region. We were able to take the ferry, go to Mekong Island, as well as Silk Island, and learned so much from our guide. The weather was perfect for biking around the islands, and the locals were all in such amazing spirits as we biked past them, greeting us as we did so. Shout out to our amazing guide - Ted, for all of his knowledge, as well as introducing us to amazing locals, such as local weavers (Miss Nara and her family), taking us to markets and temples, and overall, a pleasant time. We ended our trip at a delicious local restaurant, would absolutely go again! My only feedback would be that it'd be good to make sure the whole group is keeping up with the momentum of the ride, because it's easy to fall behind a bit, if you're new to biking, but other than that, amazing time!
Nary was an excellent guide. Took care of me really well. I was the only one who signed up for that day so was lucky to get a private tour. Free water bottle given at start to hydrate u throughout the trip. Three ferry rides to see Mekong & Silk islands. Towards the end of the ride u’ll be greeted with an ice cold coconut & towel to wipe urself. Utterly impressed with this. Tuktuk waiting for you as well to ferry u for lunch and then back to the shop. Superb.
Good tour, just what I expected. Our guide (Ted) was great. Also a great value considering that multiple waters, multiple snacks, and lunch were provided.
The tour was brilliant. Tour guide Sovannary was wonderful. Could not recommend this activity more. It was one of our holiday highlights.
Que bom saber
