Aula de Caligrafia Coreana em Seul

This was already my third one-day calligraphy class! 😊 Every time I come, I feel like I learn something new and experience new joys. So far, I've learned Jeongja-che, Panbon-che, and Heullim-che in order, and it was really fun because each style of writing has its own unique charm. I'm also very grateful to Teacher Neulbit. Thanks to her kind and meticulous guidance, I was able to learn in a comfortable atmosphere, and I could ask questions without hesitation, which made every class enjoyable. Most importantly, thanks to taking classes here, I've developed a habit of consistently transcribing Hangeul every week. The time spent writing has become a precious time for me to calm my mind and relieve stress. I look forward to seeing you again next time! 😊 I highly recommend this to anyone interested in Hangeul calligraphy!

This was my second visit to Bomnae Calligraphy, and once again it was an amazing experience. The teacher is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and shares her passion for Korean calligraphy with such warmth and care. The two-hour lessons is a truly authentic Korean experience and has became one of the highlights of my trips. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul. I will definitely return every time I’m in the city.

I had a great time learning calligraphy—everything was very professional, and the instructor was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She was also very approachable and pleasant to speak with. When I made a mistake, she kindly helped me fix it, especially since I was in a rush and couldn’t start over. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience and I highly recommend.

Most wonderful experience in Korea so far. I'm an exchange student learning Hangul, and she made the experience so personal. It's truly an experience I will never forget. If you have a few hours, or it's a rainy day, stop by, you won't regret it!

I really enjoyed the class and learned a lot in such a short period of time. The teacher, Insook, was very good in explaining the history of Hangeul and the calligraphy techniques. She was very patient and encouraging. I would highly recommend taking the workshop!

She was super lovely and nice! This class was fun and educational + you have a nice souvenir to take home from this class :)) Definitely recommend!!

I've been studying Korean and Japanese calligraphy, so I decided to try Hangeul calligraphy, which I've been interested in for a while. The teacher is very kind and teaches in beautiful English and Korean, so I think Japanese people will have no problem if they understand simple English or Korean. The class provided very thorough instruction. I learned that it requires different techniques from Japanese calligraphy and is a profound world. It was a very good experience, and it even sparked a dream of wanting to seriously study it someday.
