Banho Turco, Massagem, Jacuzzi, Sauna e Vapor/Transfer - Hurghada

The best highlight of the tour. Never ever leave Hurghada without going here. Everything is good, from pick up, spa and massage. Special mention to 2 ladies who did our massage, Ahmar and Soso. They were very good.

Reviews on Google and Klook were good before, but on the day I went, it was a complete scam. Absolutely do not go! It clearly stated that the service would run from 11 AM to 1 PM, but the hotel pickup time was 11 AM, and by the time I arrived at the shop and entered the changing room, it was 11:50 AM. After 15 minutes of sauna, 10 minutes of jacuzzi, and 15 minutes of Turkish bath, all treatments were finished in just 40 minutes. When I asked why it ended in 40 minutes when the Klook page stated it was a 2-hour service, the staff kept insisting it was a 1-hour service. When I showed them the Klook page in Korean, the staff racially discriminated against me by saying they didn't understand Chinese. Eventually, they offered an additional free massage, but I refused and said I would just take a shower. However, as soon as I entered the shower booth, they kept opening the door and asking if I needed any additional help. At the time, I was naked, and women were passing by in the hallway next to the shower booth, which was very humiliating. As evidence, I submitted screenshots to customer service showing the times photos were taken just before and after the service, and I plan to submit an audio recording of the situation as well.
