The staff were very friendly and wonderful, and the ship was kept clean. The meals were clearly not enough for younger people, so it would be good to reconsider the menu a bit.

A very well organized trip. Everything went smoothly from the bus pickup at the hotel to boarding of the ship. Food was great, especially the lobster and dessert. The staff were very caring and attentive. The staff took time to talk to us in English. Service was fabulous. They took good care of us and many great picture of us. Lots of great drinks all the time. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

They prioritize Russians too much. Explanations on board were only given in Russian, and when I later asked a staff member and went to the open deck, all the seats with good views were taken by Russians. When dinner started, I was told there was no more bread or potatoes, and since the meal portions weren't large, I had to eat a lot of french fries and other snacks during the initial aperitif time. Furthermore, there weren't enough return shuttle buses for everyone; it took over 30 minutes after the first bus departed for it to return and for us to finally get on. Although they promote a sense of luxury, the experience was definitely not worth the price. Extremely dissatisfied.
