The park environment is quite good, the elephants are well cared for, and the guide provided very detailed explanations. The overall experience was great!

All the staff were kind, and it was good to see the elephants living in a good environment.

This was a great experience. Upon arrival, we received some water and began with information about the elephants. We learned many new facts and gained a better insight into them. Afterwards, they taught us the correct ways to feed an elephant, and we got to practice different approaches. We made them some food, gave it to them, and then painted them with mud to later scrub it off in the water to moisturize and clean their skin. It was a unique experience, and I would definitely go again if I'm nearby. The elephants are treated well and have people who truly care for them. There are also some people from the sanctuary who will take pictures for you and mail them so you can enjoy your time and focus your attention on the elephants. The toilets, showers, and changing rooms were clean and easy to use! The staff also spoke English, so there were no issues with explanations or communication. We were told the pick-up bus would arrive at the hotel at 7:50 AM, but it didn't come until 8:30 AM. We tried calling the contact numbers listed on the app and website, but couldn't get through, which was frustrating. Since the facility has only been open for half a year, it's clean, but there seems to be room for improvement in its operations.

Mr. Ok, Sky and the rest of the team here were amazing. I had a wonderful time.
