Definitivamente valió la pena el dinero y tuve una experiencia increíble. La entrada fue muy rápida y sin problemas. Excelentes vistas y lo suficientemente cerca para ver a todos los ídolos de cerca, así como a los presentadores para ver todas las actuaciones. El personal fue muy hospitalario y servicial. Aquí no hay grandes cámaras en tu cara, jajaja. Una noche fantástica.

The reserved seats were excellent, in the first row of the entire seating area, with a great angle and no obstructions whatsoever. Klook's seating arrangement is highly commendable! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The experience was amazing, I hope there are more events like this available for foreigners that have a hard time booking via Korean websites. The transportation shuttle package was also really convenient. Inspire Arena is pretty far and the shuttle made our worries go away regarding how to get there and come back at the middle of the night when the subway is not working anymore.

Incredible experience if you're a K-pop fan. We were quite well-placed, but it was a shame that the idols' seats were off to the side: we couldn't see their reactions at all. We each had a T-Money card included, but we had to insist at the reception desk to get them.

Seoul Music Award is fun except there are lots of big camera from fans that ruin the experience

It was a really nice experience! Thanks to the shuttle bus, our ride was so comfortable.

The only good thing was being relatively close to the stage, but even then, it was far from where the artists were sitting. The overall organization was disappointing. There were technical issues with the in-ear and microphones, which affected the experience. The event itself felt quite boring, and it seemed like awards were handed out to almost everyone, making them feel less meaningful. To make matters worse, the event ended an hour later than scheduled. I stayed until the very end, hoping to see my favorite artist come out for a final goodbye, but that never happened. Although the ticket was cheaper than those of similar events, it still wasn’t worth the price in my opinion. Looking back, I would have rather spent that money on a concert. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll attend this type of event again.

I booked via Klook instead of Interpark Global because they are usually supposed to give you the best tickets / tickets with a low entrance number so you can be barricade, since you pay more than a normal ticket. The tickets we got were in the best section but with such a big entrance number that couldn’t allow us to see anything with our eyes. The standing area was so packed with people with stools and cameras already in front of us. I can’t pay more than the normal ticket to have such a bad view…I was so disappointed. Everything else: the English guide (Melissa, she was adorable and professional) and the shuttles were spot on, but the concert experience was a nightmare.

I couldn't see anything at all because people around me were holding up cameras or standing on platforms. I hope this can be improved.
