- Horário de funcionamento: Meio-dia – 11:00~14:00; Noite – 17:00~21:00
- Resgate do comprovante: Apresente sua identificação (como passaporte, etc.)
- Clientes que agendaram a experiência de maquiagem devem chegar ao local com cerca de uma hora de antecedência para fazer a maquiagem, que será organizada por ordem de chegada.
- Considerando que o jantar é acompanhado de música cerimonial, por favor, não traga bebês e crianças pequenas para o banquete, para não perturbar o descanso das crianças e causar desconforto.

We enjoyed it. We availed ourselves of the costume, hair, and makeup. It was worth it. We arrived early so we could have many options for the dress. They are very professional. We also enjoyed the show and lunch. Main dishes were served one at a time. We were already full by the time the last three dishes were served. Definitely worth it. It's a bit far from the city, taking an hour and a half.
我独自一人去，但仍然非常享受我的经历。那天是我的生日，哈哈。表演和呈现都非常精彩。不过我必须指出一点，就是上菜速度很快，菜品更换频繁。但是，如果你还没吃完，可以告诉服务员，他们会处理好的。食物算不上特别美味，但我吃得很饱！我喜欢肉丸，呵呵。他们还会续添茶和酒。如果你还饿，我想你可以再要一份。我旁边的人就是这么做的，哈哈。不过我不会说普通话。
What an awesome experience, definitely one of the highlights of our trip in Shanghai! The food was exceptional, they catered according to our dietary requirements. We love every dish esp the soups, fish and the noodles that were of the right texture and skilfully made thin. The performance was absolutely breathtaking, there was even playing of traditional chinese instruments.. The performance team definitely made our day with their sincere smiles and stage presence! Getting VIP seats is super worth it!! Just wished our server was as gentle, friendly and grounded as the other servers :)

Excellent Imperial dining experience. We are treated like the emperor and empress. The food is great and the dance performance is nice and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
We visited Shanghai Shenggong Banquet and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is located a bit far from the city center—about an hour’s drive—but it’s well worth the trip. The ambience is fantastic, and we really enjoyed the live performance. The food is exquisite and delicious, making the whole experience memorable. Our group included a 2-year-old, and the restaurant thoughtfully provided her with her own set and seat. For an even more immersive experience, we recommend wearing hanfu for a photoshoot at the end—it really adds to the charm of the visit.
This trip to experience the Shanghai Sheng Palace Banquet left me with mixed feelings overall. Transportation and Time Management: The location is quite far from downtown Shanghai, with a one-way journey taking approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. The biggest issue lies in time allocation: whether one is willing to spend a significant amount of time on makeup before the meal, and then on removing makeup and changing clothes after the meal (a total of over an hour). This really depends on individual preference and whether people are willing to go through the hassle. Performance Experience: The performance was the highlight of the evening! The show was spectacular, and the interaction between the performers and the audience was excellent, creating a very lively atmosphere. This aspect is highly commendable. Catering: The presentation of the dishes was very distinctive, offering great visual appeal. However, the taste of the food has significant room for improvement. Considering the price and the travel inconvenience, the flavors were somewhat ordinary. Summary: The performance gets full marks, but the process arrangement and the taste of the dishes need improvement. If you dislike the cumbersome changing process, it is advisable to consider carefully.

Incredible experience! I provided an outside photo so that when one of you guys wants to try it and just wants to take the MRT, you can spot it easily. It took me 20 minutes to figure out where the banquet hall was, haha. So, I’ll give you an idea of which building it’s in. When you exit the MRT, look to the left and you’ll see the building that I uploaded. Thank me later. Muah! 😘
We had a memorable dining experience at Shanghai Shenggong Banquet. The restaurant is a little outside the city, but the journey is worth it for the stunning atmosphere and impressive performances. The dishes were beautifully presented and full of flavor. Our little one, just 2 years old, was well accommodated with her own seat and meal. For a special touch, trying on hanfu at the end for photos adds a lot of fun to the visit.
