easy to purchase tickets and kind of last minute- within the hour booking. easy to find with the massive signs. friendly staff and the dogs were gorgeous and you can tell they are loved and looked after. the staff gently encourage the dogs to interact and if they are tired they let them rest. We loved meeting them our favorites were Haribo, Lindt and gentle Jeno 🥰

Los perros son muy lindos y esponjosos. También son traviesos con las golosinas. El personal es amable y servicial. El lugar es fácil de encontrar en la calle principal turística. Hay otro en una calle cercana, así que busca con cuidado.

The Samoyeds are lively and adorable, the place is clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly. It's conveniently located in Harajuku. However, please note that there are two Samoyed Cafes in Harajuku, so make sure you go to the right one.

Definitivamente recomiendo esta experiencia. Fue muy divertido jugar con esos perritos esponjosos como nubes. El personal fue muy amable y acogedor.

They explained that all the Samoyeds had been walked in the morning, so some were sleeping soundly, while others were playing. They were all adorable Samoyeds that were healing just to watch! The downstairs area, being an experiential space, was a relatively small cafe, but it was great for taking photos with the dogs. The staff were excellent, explaining their names, ages, and sizes, and they even continued to care for a one-year-old puppy, showing meticulous management. There's another main branch just 5 minutes away, so aside from the difficulty of finding it by searching for the cafe name instead of the address, it would be a wonderful place to include in a travel itinerary at least once!

Very cute dogs! It's a worthwhile experience. The environment is very clean.

The dogs were so cute and fluffy! Unfortunately, the place was a bit too small and narrow. They offer complimentary drinks from a vending machine, but only a small amount comes out each time. Also, there isn’t a toilet on the premises, so you have to find a public restroom nearby. We ended up arriving about 10–15 minutes after our booking time because of a toilet emergency, but they were very strict with the schedule and didn’t extend our session. As a result, we only had about 10–15 minutes left to spend with the dogs, which was quite disappointing.

I love it! Treats are extra, and the hug photo is extra too. But the dogs are super energetic! And they tried to bite my phone strap, haha.
