Angela made our visit to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village absolutely unforgettable! Her knowledge of Korean history, culture, and hidden details brought every corner of the tour to life. She explained everything in such a fun and engaging way that we were hooked the entire time. Not only is Angela an amazing storyteller and guide, but she’s also incredible at taking family photos. We ended up with some of our favorite pictures from the trip thanks to her! She knew all the best photo spots and made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. An amazing experience walking the grounds of Gyeongbokgung Palace and the surround Bukchon Hanok village. It is a lot of walking so be prepared with good shoes. The weather was nice and cool so it wasn't too bad. We got to see the King's and Queen's quarters and also the changing of the guard parade. Best of all was our guide, Stella, who was informative, kind and sweet throughout. She helped us get tickets, explained different aspects of the palace to us, and even shops to get good skincare products at! It was topped off with her bright demeanour and cute Christmas present. Keep up the amazing work Stella and thank you for an amazing tour!

We had such a wonderful experience with Bill Hwang as our tour guide, and we genuinely can’t recommend him enough! From the very beginning, he was warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. He welcomed everyone with great energy and made my whole family feel comfortable right away. Bill’s knowledge was impressive, his explanations were clear and engaging, and he always made sure the group understood what we were seeing and why it mattered. He gave helpful tips, suggested the best spots for photos, and made sure everyone had time to enjoy the experience. And a special shoutout for his photography skills, Bill took amazing photos of us! He knew the best angles and spots, and he was patient and happy to help us capture beautiful memories. Thanks to Bill, this tour became one of the highlights of our trip. We left feeling like we learned a lot, enjoyed every moment, and were genuinely cared for as guests. Highly, highly recommended!

Wonderful experience! It's like we went back in time. We want to thank our guide, Mike. He is knowledgeable and kind. He seems like a good guy. We are looking forward to seeing him again on our next trip to Seoul.

The tour was really fun because we have the best tour guide, MICHAEL!!! He kept explaining everything about the places we visited. And he's really cheerful and energetic, and he knows a lot of languages!!!! I will recommend this tour and the tour guide!!! 👍

Stella was an incredible guide; she explained everything very well. She offered to meet an hour earlier so we could also wear a Hanbok. During the tour, she showed us the most important spots for great photos, and even took them for us with excellent quality. She answered our questions and suggested many places for shopping and delicious food. Highly recommended experience :)

Travis was really a great tour guide. He's very informative, friendly, and helpful. The places included in the tour were all great spots in Seoul. We even visited an extra place because we were early. Enough free time were also given. Just a note though that this tour includes a LOT of walking, so prepare your legs. But it's all worth it. Especially Eungbongsan Park. The view is magnificent. If you want a Seoul day tour and a great tour guide, I recommend getting this.
