Best trip! I will definitely be back next time. The tour guide is cute, funny, and friendly. The tour guide explained every trip and some history of every place we visited. We also saw the Northern Lights. Great experience.

This tour is worthwhile for those who don’t want to go through the hassle of driving in winter, with unfamiliar weather conditions. The guide / driver was professional and took great safety precautions of the tour.

It was a great trip. The driver was very easy to get along with, and everyone in the group had a good time.

（1）The scheduled departure was 9:00 AM, with a request to wait for pickup half an hour early, but we didn't get into the car until 9:18 AM, waiting for nearly 45 minutes in the snow and wind. （2）The guide tried their best to take care of every group member and explained things diligently, but the glacier hike only covered the outer perimeter, while other groups in the same vehicle were able to go further in. （3）We only stayed at Thingvellir National Park for a brief 15 minutes, which was almost like not going at all. （4）A lot of time was spent on the road, and most of the stops at attractions were short. We didn't visit Gullfoss, Seljalandsfoss, or Eldhraun lava field, and the canyon and volcanic landscapes were also missed due to weather changes. Overall, it was an expensive trip, and the experience fell short of expectations.

The tour guide was very responsible and explained everything along the way, but unfortunately, I couldn't understand much. The hotel was unacceptable; there was only cold water for two consecutive nights, making showering extremely uncomfortable. Some attractions on the itinerary were missed, such as the Breiðamerkurjökull ice cave, the glacier tongue, and the town of Vík, where we only stopped at a rest area instead of going into the town itself. There was an additional stop at the Yoda Cave.

1. The glacier hike and ice cave tour are both on the second day, which differs from the itinerary description. Please note this. Also, it's only a small ice cave on the glacier. Not seeing a "large" ice cave, could this be considered misleading by the description? 2. Each attraction stop is only about 30-40 minutes, which is very short and a bit rushed. The driver said working hours cannot be too long, which also differs from the itinerary description. The daily schedule is approximately from 9 AM to 6 PM. 3. On the first and third days, the car ride is about 6-7 hours, round trip to Reykjavik, which is an unavoidable journey. Please be mentally prepared. The car ride on the second day is about 4 hours. 4. If traveling in winter, you can only join a local tour. On our last day, there was a blizzard, but thankfully the driver was experienced, and we returned safely. Self-driving would be risky; that day, we saw cars skidding off the road or getting stuck in the snow, having to wait for roadside assistance. 5. If it's summer, we recommend self-driving plus single-day tours, which would be less rushed.

The accommodation was clean, but there wasn't enough hot water, so we had to shower very quickly (about 5 minutes). The tour guide was very nice! However, we didn't visit some of the attractions listed in the itinerary.

It was a great tour! Glad that we made this choice. We wouldn't have done the wonderful Glacier hike and ice cave experience without this tour. This tour is highly recommended if you want a stress-free holiday in Iceland, yet able to visit many magnificent places. To add, the hotel stay provided was over our expectations, with beautiful scenery surrounding our rooms.

This tour is highly recommended for travelers visiting Iceland without a car. The driver also serves as a guide, explaining attractions along the way. The accommodation arrangements are comfortable, and while the meals (continental breakfast) are not extensive, they are quite palatable.
