Safety: 100 points. It happened to rain on the day we boarded the boat, and the service staff, for safety reasons, advised us not to go to the boat's deck for photos. Later, when the rain eased, we were able to go up and take pictures (when the boat was stationary). The service staff accompanied us throughout, holding umbrellas, providing lighting, and helping with photos, constantly ensuring everyone's safety. Facilities: The interior is very new, with thoughtfully designed lighting. Throughout the journey, there was also staff playing ancient Thai musical instruments as background music. Experience: The professionalism of the service staff deserves 120 points. Their English proficiency is also very high, and they can clearly explain the dishes and recommend how to eat them. The additional drinks ordered were also of excellent quality. If there was a birthday person on board, they would help celebrate. My partner and I were on our honeymoon and also received a blessing gift, which we greatly appreciated. Finally, if you only want to experience one Chao Phraya River cruise in your life and have the budget, this is your best choice!

Excellent value for money, beautiful scenery, polite crew, live music accompaniment, and overall great service, environment, and food. I will definitely encore this experience when I visit Bangkok again.
The food was delicious, I was very impressed. The boat was beautiful, and the views on both sides were stunning. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and lovely. I was not disappointed.
What a delightful surprise! On top of that, we were lucky enough to catch a spectacular fireworks display during our meal. The ingredients were exceptionally fresh and full of flavour, turning every course into a wonderful treat. The staff were remarkably polite, attentive, and welcoming throughout. I had a fantastic evening and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!

An antique-style cruise boat, operated by Banyan Tree, guarantees a certain standard. With fewer people and high quality, you can enjoy wonderful time with family and friends. If you haven't tried it, you should give it a go.
While it's a bit more expensive than a large, buffet-style cruise with tour buses, they provide individual care and even print commemorative photos. The food seems to be fusion Thai, and they explain each dish in detail. I'm very satisfied with the service.
