We visited Nea Kameni, the caldera, and it was a memorable experience and a must-visit in Santorini. From the island, we were able to view the entire Santorini island from different angles. We could feel the heat from some of the small craters on the island. Although we were unable to visit Thirassia as per the itinerary due to the port closure, the tour stopped in front of the island to introduce the place.

The captain shared informative and educational backgrounds of the different islands around Santorini with us. It was fun to swim.

The itinerary was richer than expected, with a special volcanic island hiking experience. The boat was well-maintained, clean, and tidy.

I will not recommend this tour as I received an itinerary change (visiting 2 islands instead of 3 due to a recent earthquake, reduced duration from 6 to 3 hours) with less than 24 hours' notice. I was asked to either proceed with the booking with a 5 euro partial refund or cancel through Klook. Of course, I did not proceed as a partial refund of 5 euros is too little and not worth it. I tried canceling through Klook, but I didn't even get free cancellation as it was less than the 24-hour free cancellation notice. I am thankful for Klook customer support for getting me a free cancellation and a full refund. Klook initially wanted to give me a refund in Klook cash as the tour agency declined my tour cancellation when it was they who changed the itinerary last minute.

Terrible transfer service! Strongly recommend booking insurance! I provided the pickup location at the beginning, but there was no confirmation of the transfer details afterward. I tried writing two emails but received no reply. I started calling to confirm until the 15th call when someone finally picked up and said I hadn't provided an address, so there was no pickup, and suggested rescheduling. After some argument, they said I lived close by, so they asked me to walk to the cable car station, go down, and find the Santa Star office. When I arrived, they asked me to go to another office, and that office then asked me to go back to Santa Star. Later, I told the staff I was asked to come back and showed them it was for NST, so they started contacting NST. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I finally got my ticket and could board the 10:30 boat. Overall, I think it's better to book directly with the office, or even arrive early and book on-site, as there seemed to be availability. The overall journey was fun, though the last stop felt a bit redundant. You can wear your swimsuit beforehand, and remember to bring a towel and a change of shoes.

I didn't receive an email the day before regarding where and when to be picked up, even after I sent them an email and tried to contact the tour through Klook. It wasn't until the very last minute that I luckily managed to find their WhatsApp and got a response after texting them. The second issue was that after we returned to the port, the bus transfer back to the hotel was a bit chaotic. We didn't know which bus to take, and after getting on the bus, it waited for the next cruise to arrive and pick up some more passengers before finally departing back to the hotel. When we reached the volcanic island, we had to pay an entry fee, which was not mentioned before booking. Considering the points visited for the price, this tour is probably a bit pricey.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. It is falsely advertised and can be booked cheaper on get your guide anyway. I booked it and paid $77AUD. I then got an email from the tour company stating that the original tour time had been cut in half due to a port being closed and they offered a 5€ ($9aud) discount. For the tour length being cut in half! I asked them if they could offer me a larger discount and never got a reply. They also never showed up at the pick up time and are ghosting me and Klook and I am $150 out of pocket as Klook won’t refund me either. Do yourself a favour and book through a different company.
