I had an incredibly relaxing treatment. I felt very comfortable and the staff was nice and competent. Highly recommended. My hair has never been so soft.

First time experiencing this. I didn't expect a hair wash could be so comfortable that I almost fell asleep 💤. Next time I have a chance to visit Chiayi, I'll definitely come back for another hair wash 💗.

I went with high expectations but was truly disappointed. The foot bath water wasn't very warm, and for taller individuals, the angle made lying down to soak their feet quite uncomfortable for their back. The masseuse's Chinese wasn't very good, but basic communication was possible. I hoped for more pressure, but the力度 was still very light, so it didn't feel like much of a massage. The owner kept using their poor Chinese as an excuse, saying "their Chinese isn't good." In other Vietnamese hair wash salons, the Vietnamese staff don't speak Chinese or English, but they don't use that as an excuse, and their service is much better. The worst part was that my hair wasn't detangled before washing; they just started washing it, and then began pulling hard, which hurt my scalp. Even a regular hair salon wouldn't pull and comb so roughly; that's common sense, isn't it? The combs at the styling station looked dirty and full of hair. The hair-drying technique wasn't good either; it was also rough pulling and combing. The owner did offer red bean soup as compensation in the end, but she always made excuses, which made me quite unhappy. For this price and service, I'd rather go to a regular barbershop for a hair wash.

Overall, it was very comfortable. Each bed has a curtain that can be drawn, but if the technician goes out to get something, and the curtain is slightly open, it feels a bit insecure, as if others passing by might see inside. It's somewhat semi-open, so the person in the next bed might be a man, which is known. I hope it can be a bit more private.
