Sherry ist der absolute GOAT! Was für ein unglaublich freundlicher Reiseführer, Profi-Tipp: Sprechen Sie mit Ihren Reiseführern/Fahrern und lernen Sie sie kennen. Wir wurden schnell Freunde und Sherry war so aufmerksam auf all unsere Bedürfnisse. Er machte die SCHÖNSTEN Fotos an jeder Fuji-Haltestelle und sorgte dafür, dass wir jedes Mal den besten Winkel bekamen und war so geduldig mit uns. Wir sagten ihm, dass wir Vegetarier und Pescetarier sind und er sorgte dafür, dass wir die richtige Küche für unsere Ernährungsbedürfnisse bekamen. Danke Sherry! Sehr zu empfehlen, 10000/10.

We had an amazing day with Sunny, from the moment we met him, he was kind, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local area. He clearly knew exactly where to go and—just as importantly—when to go, which made a huge difference in avoiding the crowds and making the most of our day. Sunny was especially accommodating for our family and was so patient in answering all of our 12-year-old’s many questions, which we really appreciated. It made the experience feel relaxed and personal rather than rushed. The car we travelled in was very comfortable and spacious, which made the journey between stops enjoyable. Some of the highlights for us were the beautiful walk through the forest leading to the torii gate with a stunning view of Mt Fuji, and exploring the ice cave—both were unforgettable experiences. If you get the chance, definitely include these in your tour. We highly recommend Sunny to anyone looking for a well-organised, thoughtful, and memorable day around Mt Fuji and Hakone!

Our guide, Sherry, made our trip wonderful. He was very professional and suggested we leave at 6 AM to avoid traffic and crowds, which we were very glad we did. He was also excellent with children. We felt a little rushed (though he never actually rushed us), but we were able to visit all 5-6 spots we wanted to see. The lunch place was fantastic, and my child loved the food. I highly recommend him to anyone planning a day trip from Tokyo to Mount Fuji.

我和我的家人在导游马利克的带领下，度过了美妙的一天，参观了富士山。这次旅行很早就开始了，按照马利克的建议，早上7点在酒店接我们。提早出发帮助我们避开了东京的交通，使得我们的行程只用了2小时15分钟。有时遇到交通堵塞，这段路程可能需要更长时间。提早出发也很重要，因为我们在上午9点30分之前到达了第一个也是最美丽的景点（忠灵塔），这让我们几乎没有云层遮挡地欣赏到了富士山的美景。当天晚些时候，云层开始覆盖富士山，所以请听从马利克的建议，尽可能早地出发。这让我们的美丽照片有了天壤之别。车子非常干净，保养得很好，马利克是一位好司机。我向所有希望看到富士山并游览该地区，同时又不想挤在人群中或参加团体巴士旅行的人推荐马利克的这次旅行。回程时，我们在湖边停下来吃了日式午餐。

Sherry was very accommodating with our needs and requests. We even got to see the Chureito Pagoda which was extra. Even though we didn't see the fuji sign it was still a meaningful experience with all the places we went to. He knew where to take us to eat and got us to the matcha making class experience at Shikido. It felt like a first class experience with a private car. We will definitely book with Sherry again! J'ai fait un voyage incroyable aujourd'hui avec Rana Hamza ! Le chauffeur qui nous a conduits était super sympa, facile à vivre et très serviable tout le temps. Il a même pris des photos pour nous partout où nous sommes allés — sans que nous le demandions — et s'est assuré que nous immortalisions les meilleurs souvenirs. Les endroits que nous avons visités étaient absolument magnifiques ! Chaque arrêt offrait des vues imprenables et des expériences amusantes, et tout le programme était fluide et bien organisé. Nous avons vraiment eu l'impression de voir les meilleurs endroits sans stress ni précipitation. Ce fut une journée merveilleuse, pleine de grands moments, et je recommande vivement cette excursion à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience mémorable. La visita privada al Monte Fuji fue fantástica. Rocky nos recogió en nuestro alojamiento y nos llevó a los mejores lugares para ver el Fuji. Era un día nublado, pero él estuvo atento al clima y hizo todo lo posible para llevarnos a los lugares en los momentos más oportunos para ver el Fuji. Viajábamos con nuestros hijos de 12 y 9 años y modificamos el itinerario del día según nos convenía sin ningún problema. El inglés de Rocky y su conocimiento de Japón eran excelentes, nos dio muchos buenos consejos para otros lugares que visitar. Después del día, nos dejaron en nuestro siguiente destino, el tráfico era malo, estábamos muy agradecidos de estar en la comodidad de un tour privado. Definitivamente recomendamos los tours de Klook y a Rocky.

Tuvimos un tiempo agradable con mi familia en este viaje de 1 día al Monte Fuji. Nuestro guía, Farrukh, fue muy amable y paciente. También es muy comprensivo, sabiendo que necesitaríamos tiempo extra para que mis padres mayores caminaran. Muy recomendable tomar este paquete si está planeando su visita al Monte Fuji.
