It was a great trip from pick up to drop off. In between, we had educational wine tasting tours to 3 different vineyards and 1 chocolate farm (which also serves as a vineyard but we didn't try the wines there). Definitely a must if you can afford a day trip while holidaying in Sydney.

The bus barely accommodated all the tourists. It arrived half an hour late without any prior notice. After we stored our luggage, I found I couldn't sit with my girlfriend. We had to sit separately for the entire journey (at least 6-7 hours on the bus)! The tour guide was unhelpful. Not only did she fail to address our questions, but she also didn't count the number of people before the bus departed. On several occasions, the bus started moving while some passengers were still not on board. The places we visited were only fair, and the winery was not very good. They weren't quite worth the price. On the way back, the driver (who was also the tour guide) took the wrong road, which cost us a lot of extra time. I do not recommend this tour.

The driving was not safe.

The tour guide was terrible; they didn't contact any of the group members, which resulted in us being unable to board the bus.

We were only informed two days before the trip that it was cancelled due to insufficient participants, which completely disrupted our plans and left my girlfriend very upset.
