Chen is an awesome guide/ driver, but. But the meeting time at central station on the itinerary I got was 6:45am. I didn’t receive any email from the tour provider inform any changes of the itinerary so I went at 6:40 and waited until 7am, got panic as I got no one to contact but the Klook AI customer service and it took forever for real person respond. I didn’t give up but stayed at the same place until 7:55am. finally the van arrived and told me I can hop on. the tour was fine, but the main course of the lunch was under seasoned. the food options were creamy sauces pasta with chicken, salmon or vegetables. or burger. we are a group of 7 and nine of us finished the food.

Wonderful trip! Wine tasting at Audrey Wilkinson (wine only) and Mount Pleasant Wines (with snacks), with tour to Hunter Valley chocolate factory and Binnorie Dairy cheese. Lunch (2 course meals with wine pairing) at Voco Hotel. Van is very clean. We have 2 Guides as there’s Japanese couple. Both Guides Chen and Yoko are very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Chen for bringing us around (he is also the driver). Indeed a good tour experience!

Yan is a very good and knowledgeable guide. He drove safely and comfortably. We saw a kangaroo family on our way back to Sydney and he stopped the car slowly for letting us took some pictures. Lunch arrangement was perfect too.

Chen absolutely deserves all the praise in the world – he truly was the brightest star of our trip! Honestly, Chen is hands down the BEST tourist/guide/friend/stranger-who-saves-the-day we have ever met! When we unfortunately lost our bag, we panicked and had no idea what to do. Without hesitation, Chen joined the search and rescue mission. With his meticulousness, calmness, and incredible sense of direction, he led us through every corner of Hunt Valley, big and small, and incredibly, he actually helped us find the bag that almost ruined our entire vacation! At that moment, we were so touched we almost cried. Without him, we might have spent several times more time and effort, or even never found it. Not only that, Chen and Frank together arranged our day perfectly. They took us to some of the most worthwhile places in Hunt Valley, where we ate amazing local food, saw incredibly beautiful scenery, and shared many interesting stories and secret spots only locals know. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly patient, humorous, and thoughtful, instantly transforming our morning panic into a day full of non-stop laughter and happiness. "Delighted our day" doesn't even begin to describe the overwhelming feeling of being so well taken care of! Honestly, a simple "thank you" is completely insufficient to express our gratitude. Chen and Frank's presence transformed this trip to Hunt Valley from an ordinary journey into one of the most unforgettable and heartwarming days of our lives. If you're planning a visit to Hunt Valley and want a safe and incredibly joyful experience, I can very, very seriously tell you: choosing Chen is absolutely the most correct and worthwhile decision! He doesn't just lead the way; he truly puts his heart into it, making every guest feel specially treated. Chen, you are truly amazing! Mr. Chen, nuestro guía, es muy profesional, amable y servicial. Habla inglés y chino, y nos presentó los lugares, la bodega, la fábrica de chocolate y la fábrica de queso. El almuerzo estuvo delicioso. Muy contentos con la organización. Tuvimos un gran día.

The tour guide and driver "Chen" is very friendly and humorous. It's lovely that bottled water and snacks are offered on the trip. The weather is good and sunny, the view is perfect!

It was a good wine tasting experience. The journey was a bit too long as it’s quite a distance from the city centre. If you’re looking for a chill, much deeper conversation or a better experience, you may want to book or go to one of the wineries yourself instead of following the tour. I couldn’t really enjoy it as it was a bit rushed, but it was still a good experience for a first-timer. The place is very relaxing. Going with a group of friends is preferable. There was also cheese and chocolate tasting, but it was short. Lunch is included, but the steak I ordered was overcooked.

This trip was truly wonderful! We're so grateful to our guide, Alfie, who went above and beyond to make this journey even more joyful and interesting. His humor made our trip even more exciting. Additionally, the arrangements for the winery and cheese factory on this tour were ideal. The extensive wine tasting and cheese sampling were absolutely delightful!

The day was packed with activities, visiting three wineries, a chocolate factory, and a cheese factory. It was delicious and fun, and we even saw wild kangaroos along the way.
