A great experience in the Balloon. Although 2 things - 1: There was no shade and the line was huge, with fixed number of people going in, the line took a lot of time, and the weather was too hot 🥵. 2: getting online ticket was no use, as I still ended up in the waiting line in the sun along with the people getting tickets offline. Other than this, the balloon trip is very worth going.

Convenient and easy to use, the staff were extremely friendly. I thought it would only be a 10-minute scenic view, but the reality was better than expected. Highly recommended.

The experience in the balloon was good, but I do not suggest booking this in advance. Why? We were in the queue yesterday under the heat for 2 hours; it was so bad. We had tickets, but there was no difference between us and people who were there to buy tickets on the spot. And the worst part? They closed at 8 PM, and there were people who didn't make it in who had bought tickets that cannot be refunded and lost their money. Very bad process. There should be a separate line or priority for those who already have tickets and paid more, because an on-the-spot ticket is only 20€. This is the worst, and money wasted, because no priority was given to ticket holders who were told they were already closing. Do not book this at all!

Experience: The queuing experience was extremely poor, waiting two hours under the scorching sun to board the hot air balloon. Location: Located within a park, about a ten-minute walk from the subway station, but the entire route is outdoors.
