Excursão de um dia inteiro a Lisboa Sintra, Palácio da Pena e Cabo da Roca

Ricado and Maria, our guides, were very chatty and knowledgeable. I was in Maria's group, and she was able to bring some of Portugal's literary spirit into the tour, allowing us to not only visit places but also engage in a deeper conversation with our inner selves and the surrounding scenery. Thank you for their arrangements. Finally, there's Cabo da Roca; it would take a long time to get there by public transport, so I recommend everyone walk a bit faster and join a day tour.

Our guide Miguel was excellent in terms of his service and knowledge. Overall the tour was great, although slight rushed. not enough time to take photos and eat lunch. however, will still recommend to all to visit the beautify sintra city.

A good tour guide, diligent and meticulous. This itinerary mainly includes Quinta da Regaleira and Pena Palace, with a final stop at Cabo da Roca. The tour guide will introduce the relevant history. The day's itinerary is as follows: (Breakfast needs to be eaten beforehand; if you don't have time, you can buy egg tarts at a shop during the 10 minutes of free time in the town.) Quinta da Regaleira (guided tour) / (approximately 1.5 hours of free time, including self-arranged lunch.) - Return to town on your own, gather after self-arranged lunch. - Pena Palace (guided tour) / (approximately 15 minutes of free time) for photos, then gather. - Cabo da Roca / approximately 30 minutes of free time. Joining a tour means the schedule is tighter, but the advantage is like reading the preface of a book first – you get to understand the entire theme.

The tour guide was extremely professional, not only knowledgeable about geography but also able to clearly explain relevant historical facts. Participating in this tour, I not only saw many beautiful landscapes and seascapes, but also gained a clear understanding of the historical knowledge of the time through the guide's professional explanations. I highly recommend this tour!

We arrived at the fountain early in the morning, full of anticipation, but I suggest the meeting point should be more clearly marked. There are two fountains, so it's easy to be unsure which one is the correct meeting spot. As the time approached, I contacted the organizer via WhatsApp, and thankfully, communication in English was very convenient. Our tour guide was lively and entertaining throughout the trip, making it very enjoyable! He would also announce when it was time to rest, saying, "Okay, everyone, we all need a break now. In about 00 time, we'll arrive at [destination]," ensuring a relaxed and comfortable journey. At each attraction, he explained the history, culture, and significance, along with some interesting and vivid anecdotes! If your TOEIC English score is above 650, you might want to challenge yourself by joining an English-speaking tour 👍. However, I do have one complaint: the bus air conditioning broke down on the return journey, which lasted almost 2-2.5 hours. The poor condition of the bus combined with the stuffy heat was truly uncomfortable, almost making me sick 🤮! Thankfully, we finally reached the drop-off point at the last minute, which brought much relief.

Tuvimos el mejor momento en Sintra!! Savio, Miguel, Luis fueron un increíble equipo de guías turísticos. Savio fue nuestro guía principal y tenía el sentido del humor más maravilloso: inteligente, divertido y muy cautivador, desde el trasfondo literario de los lugares, curiosidades de sociedades secretas, referencias al Infierno de Dante y mucho más. Me encantaría estar en todos sus tours. :)

Un día inolvidable en Sintra! El tour estuvo bien organizado y cubrió muchos de los puntos destacados, desde los encantadores palacios hasta los pintorescos castillos. Desafortunadamente, no pudimos visitar el Palacio da Pena debido al riesgo de un deslizamiento de tierra, pero nuestro guía fue muy informativo e hizo que los otros sitios fueran igual de cautivadores. Las impresionantes vistas y las encantadoras calles lo convirtieron en una experiencia verdaderamente mágica. ¡Altamente recomendado para cualquiera que quiera explorar la belleza y la historia de Sintra!

It was a wonderful day trip, and the meeting point was easy to find. I really liked the audio guide with the earpiece — there was the occasional bit of interference, but it made it easy to hear clearly without worrying about losing the group. Ricky and Mini (apologies if the names are misspelt) were excellent and very dedicated guides. Thank you for such a fantastic day!

Miguel, o guia turístico, foi muito informativo e bem informado sobre os detalhes do passeio. Embora o passeio seja realmente cansativo, pois é cheio de caminhadas em subidas, ainda o achei interessante, especialmente a Quinta da Regaleira, que é um lugar e tanto para se visitar.

Our tour guide is very informative. We love how they plan the time spent at each spot, starting with my favorite, Regaleira. You have control over spending more time in Regaleira or for lunch, as you will have some free time exploring Regaleira, and the guide will meet you after lunch.
