This was my first trip to Smangus, and our tour guide and driver, Brother A-Gan, was incredibly attentive. He introduced us to attractions along the way, and he drove the winding mountain roads as smoothly as if they were flat. His driving skills are top-notch; we didn't feel dizzy or nauseous at all (even though we kept teasing him by eating sour plums 😆). He also proactively helped us take photos at each spot, and his DSLR photos were absolutely beautiful! Everyone in the group loved them – highly recommended! 👍 Although the weather was colder this year and only about 50% of the flowers were blooming, Brother A-Gan's thoughtful service more than made up for this small regret.

Car-sharing eliminates all transportation worries; simply arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time. All itineraries are self-managed, offering great freedom. It is highly recommended that those who are prone to being late, or who get motion sickness but refuse to take medication, reconsider carefully, as delaying the schedule would not be enjoyable.

The tour guide was really great, and the pick-up and drop-off arrangements were meticulously coordinated. The mountain road was very winding, and on the way back, we encountered heavy fog, but the driver's skills were superb.

Driver Xiao Jiang and Tai Yu are lively and enthusiastic, explaining everything in detail. At each scenic spot, they introduce local specialty snacks and help with photography. Although the journey was long, the entire trip was incredibly worthwhile.

The service was excellent, very polite, and highly recommended. My purpose for this trip also included a secret marriage proposal. A few days before departure, I unexpectedly discovered that my girlfriend and I had booked with the same travel agency. I contacted the tour operator for this trip, and the communication and handling of details were very smooth, helping me avoid being discovered. I am very grateful for the assistance of the tour operator and the drivers, which made this trip a success. I highly recommend this tour group to everyone.

The tour guide was very kind and even offered to take photos for me. The weather was great, and the mountain path was relatively flat and not difficult to walk. Seeing the trees was definitely worth it!

Big Bear drives very smoothly, especially on these winding roads with many hairpin turns. He made sure his girlfriend slept well throughout the journey, without any motion sickness. The car was clean and tidy. Upon arrival, he even helped take photos, and enthusiastically introduced attractions and photo spots. The entire trip felt well worth the price! Especially not having to drive myself, I happily played Pikmin.

Driver Bear is professional and meticulously reminds group members of important notes. He is familiar with road traffic, making us feel very safe. He takes professional photos, and the itinerary allows ample time to enjoy the natural scenery.

1. The operator changed the pickup location one week before the trip (instead of Taoyuan Rail Station, the meeting place was changed to Air Force One Bus-Nankang Evergreen Station, which was a 20-minute drive away). 2. The itinerary included Neiwan Old Street, Smangus, and Junjianyan, but we only went to Smangus. 3. The driver got lost and took us to the camping area, which took an hour (and affected our time at Smangus). 4. There were too many passengers in the car, so the two of us adults had to squeeze into the tight front seat and couldn't properly stretch our legs for a long car journey (4 hours each way, totaling 8 hours in the car). 5. The car provided was unsuitable for the mountain road journey, making it a dangerous trip.
