Highly recommend this mobility scooter! It was incredibly helpful for an elderly family member who can’t walk long distances. It's very user-friendly, and the folding/unfolding mechanism is super simple. The admin was also very responsive and helpful throughout the process. It made our trip so much easier!

The scooters really helped us on our visit to Singapore. Agis Medical delivered the scooters to the hotel ready for use and then collected them after we had checked out. The battery lasted for the few kilometers to the Asia Museum and back to our hotel. Our only suggestion would be a pouch to hold the battery charger so we could easily carry it with us and extend our use.

Rollstuhl war bereits vor unserer Ankunft im Hotel. Die Navigation ist recht einfach zu erlernen und kann auch manuell erfolgen. Sehr nützlich für Aktivitäten mit viel Gehen oder Stehen, wie zum Beispiel in den Universal Studios. Der Ansprechpartner des Dienstleisters (George) hat auch sehr schnell geantwortet.

My dad and aunt both have knee problems and can’t walk long distances, so getting around can be difficult. The scooter made our Singapore trip so much easier and more enjoyable for them. The battery lasted all day, and the service was excellent—they delivered it to our hotel and picked it up after. Charging overnight was simple, and it was easy to fold, though a bit heavy when taking Grab around the city. Overall, it was absolutely worth it to see them move around comfortably and pain-free.
