Beppu Menkan em Raffles Place

Repeat visit, repeat purchase! I've patronized this restaurant since my youth, and the crispy chicken standard is still kept at excellent after all these years. As you can see from my photos, I was engrossed in indulging in my meal, and only remembered to take photos when I'm almost finished... portion may be big for some, but it's just nice for me (not too little, not too much). Owners and staff there are always polite on our every visit; and look out to refill our drinks before it is finished. I will return again!

Booked a slot for 11am, but the place wasn't open yet when we arrived. Nevertheless, the staff served us within 5 minutes of seeing us. Although there was a new staff member who was unsure about this promotion/voucher, she was very polite and apologetic and quickly got a colleague to assist us. The lady boss later came around to check and even personally refilled my hot tea for me (they didn't have lime juice that day). The food quality, especially the crispy chicken, did not disappoint; it was very close to how it was 10 years ago. The Klook deal was value for money, and the set meal filled us up perfectly (not too little, not too much). If I'm in the area again, I will patronize this place. Highly recommended!

Repeated visit to my favorite ramen stall. Glad to speak with one of the owners and understood the history of the stall. Been visiting here for more than 10 years.

I bought this for my wife while I had the Fried Chicken Ramen. She said the Char Siew Ramen was okay, nothing special. The egg tasted a bit strange. We were able to change the free-flow lime juice to free-flow hot green tea, which was nice. The Pork Gyoza was also tasty.

Un lugar agradable y tranquilo. El personal fue relativamente atento. La comida era sabrosa y abundante. La sopa ramen era espesa y deliciosa; felizmente me la terminé toda.

The food was nice, especially the fried chicken, which was crispy and moist. The staff are friendly.

The fried chicken still tastes the same as when I ate it years ago. The food and service are good.
