[Novotel Hotel] Experiência de Spa e Massagem In Balance em Da Nang

This was the best experience during my one-week trip to Vietnam. The wet shower and jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) were excellent, the massage was great, and it was hard to find a course that included a spa after the massage and even hair washing. It seemed cheaper than Novotel in Korea, and if I had known about this place on the first day of my trip, I would have come every day.

The night view was so beautiful, and the massage seemed very professional, so I really enjoyed it. It wasn't a place that used strong pressure, but rather gently relieved tension, which felt great. The staff were all kind and lovely too, haha. My only regret was that I thought the spa and scrub were included, but they weren't, which was a shame. I went expecting the spa, so that was a bit disappointing, but everything else was great!

I found the body massage very comfortable, and the masseuse constantly checked on my comfort level. It's just a pity I didn't get to use the steam room.

The massage was incredibly comfortable. Han's service was exceptionally attentive and professional, leaving me feeling relaxed and satisfied. For this price, not only do you get a high-quality massage, but also access to the sauna, which is truly excellent value for money! The entire process was comfortable and enjoyable; both the technique and the environment were very satisfying. This experience is not only highly recommended but also makes you want to come back again!

The hotel spa had a luxurious feel, and the treatments and customer service were very thorough and satisfying. In particular, the service from HAN at the reception was excellent. Although the price is higher compared to a city spa, I believe the cost-performance is quite good given the quality of the services.

It was excellent. My whole body felt light, and it was so comfortable that I fell into a deep sleep. I would definitely like to come again next time.

We made good use of the UnionPay card discount and received a 90-minute traditional Vietnamese massage for about 50,000 won per person. Since we were staying at Novotel, it was incredibly convenient to use, and as a hotel massage, the facilities and atmosphere were excellent. However, the masseuse's skill level was average. I prefer strong pressure, so I requested it firmly, but it was just okay. Nevertheless, I liked the clean and tidy atmosphere, and it was comfortable.

We were a group of 4 people and booked 5 treatments. We had hoped that the hotel environment would be better, allowing us to fully enjoy the treatments. Before starting, we filled out a form for our massage preferences. Among the 4 of us, 3 chose medium to deep pressure. However, no staff member asked us which massage oil we preferred, which was already very unprofessional. During the massage, two of the therapists were not only impolite, but they also ignored the two people who requested increased pressure for their Vietnamese massage four times. As a result, these two were very dissatisfied and would not recommend it.
