Tour de Go-Kart na Rua Shibuya pela Original Street Kart Shibuya Annex

Finally, the chance to go-karting in Tokyo. What a fun and thrilling experience! Registration was smooth. Just remember to bring your passport and International Driver's License (the booklet obtained from your own country). After registration, choose your costumes. I took the evening time slot, which was perfect timing with the city lights. After changing into the costume, there was an 8-minute safety video. After that, we were introduced to the kart itself. Our guide was Newaz. He did a wonderful job keeping it fun and safe. He took photos of my group (just the three of us). A smaller group is easier to manage. We went through Shibuya, Harajuku, and Omotesando. The roads were quite busy (it was a Saturday evening time slot), but the drivers and riders were quite accommodating to us karters. I would definitely recommend trying it out, especially for first-time street-karters like myself. So, what are you waiting for? Go give it a try!

¡GUAU… esto fue divertido! Reservamos el horario de las 7 p.m. porque queríamos presenciar el cruce de Shibuya por la noche. Definitivamente una experiencia para la lista de deseos y nuestro guía XAVIAN, muy informativo, entretenido y genial, fue fantástico. Tomó muchas fotos del grupo durante el recorrido y nos hizo sentir muy seguros al movernos entre el tráfico de Tokio con sus claras instrucciones. No se pierdan esta experiencia si se quedan en Tokio y, con suerte, les tocará XAVIAN como guía.

This was arguably one of my favorite experiences in Tokyo. The go karting in itself is unique but our tour guide Xavian made the experience unforgettable. You’ll get the opportunity to ride through the streets of Shibuya with locals and tourists alike cheering you on. Xavian was provided explicit instructions before and during our ride to ensure clarity and safety. He constantly checked in during the ride to make sure everyone was safe and having a good time. He took incredible photos of each individual and the group (see attached) free of charge! Oh and he has a pleasant surprise in store for you at the end of your tour :). This is a must-do while in Tokyo and it is an incredible experience experience regardless of what time of the time you’re able to do it. Yes, there are some skeptical reviews out there, but why don’t you try it and form your own opinion? 10/10 would recommend

The Shibuya Kart experience was really great! The staff were very well-organized, and their explanations were clear, making the whole process feel safe and fun. Driving through Shibuya Crossing and the surrounding streets, the atmosphere was fantastic. It's definitely one of the must-try activities in Tokyo!

Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve had since arriving in Japan with my husband! when booking we paid $259 USD and it was worth every penny! we also got our international drivers license in advance. When we arrived to check in the staff were so friendly and the center was colorful and bright. Xavian was our guide for the night and he did such a great job! he frequently used hand signals, yelled out clear instructions and was alert the entire time! you can tell he was excited to be our guide and made the experience unforgettable! Xavian was awesome!!

Honestly had the best time ticking off a childhood bucket list item for me and it was a highlight of my first time to Japan! It was raining but I think that added to the experience and it was still made so much fun by Xavian and the whole team. The rain didn’t bother me and they gave you a full body poncho that kept all my clothes dry!

Unique experience, I highly recommend it! The staff provided excellent support during preparation, and then Stanley was our guide and he was fantastic! Very understanding, kind, and super friendly! A big thank you again!
