The tour guide was very meticulous in explaining the history of the Sisi Museum and the Hofburg Palace, which helped me understand a lot. I highly recommend participating in this guided tour.
The director's thorough explanation provided a deeper understanding of Princess Sisi's life. We were able to enter directly through the VIP channel without queuing, and I also met fellow travelers. It's a pity we didn't enter the Hofburg Palace; I thought we would based on the itinerary description.
Mario was the best tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, very thorough in giving us a detailed history of Sisi and her life. Mario spent a tremendous amount of time answering all our questions because we found it so interesting to hear about Sisi's life that did somewhat relate back to Princess Diana's death. Mario spent the whole 3 hours from beginning to end and brought us through the Sisi Museum, the Hofburg Palace, and lastly the garden. Very informative and interesting, entertaining all 4 of us tourists. We will all book a tour again.
