Great guide and very informative tour. The pace was just right which is especially important since we went on the tour in the summer. This made the heat was manageable.

The Hofburg Palace is magnificent, offering a deep dive into the history of the Habsburg dynasty through guided tours. The story of Empress Sisi is impressive, and the garden scenery is elegant, making it one of Vienna's must-visit attractions.

Albeit small, the Sisi museum was able to comprehensively and efficiently showcase the life, death, and impact of one of Austria's most popular historical figures. The included city tour also allowed for a picturesque viewing of iconic sites in Vienna around the Hofburg.

Mario was the best tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, very thorough in giving us a detailed history of Sisi and her life. Mario spent a tremendous amount of time answering all our questions because we found it so interesting to hear about Sisi's life that did somewhat relate back to Princess Diana's death. Mario spent the whole 3 hours from beginning to end and brought us through the Sisi Museum, the Hofburg Palace, and lastly the garden. Very informative and interesting, entertaining all 4 of us tourists. We will all book a tour again.

The tour guide was very engaging and took good care of the group. However, the time spent at the Sisi Museum was too long.

The tour guide, a retired teacher, explained the life of Empress Sisi very diligently, including many details. After listening, I was left with a very profound impression.

The tour guide's German accent was a bit strong. My English is good enough for communication, but I could only understand about 75% of what he said, which was quite frustrating. The Sisi Museum was extremely narrow, and following a guided tour actually made it harder to see things clearly. We also constantly had to yield to other non-group visitors (which is understandable, but with so many people on the guided tour, it was annoying). It would be better to rent an audio guide and explore at your own pace. However, if you just want to hear the main highlights, then this tour might be suitable for you.
