I arrived almost as soon as it opened, and in the morning, the streets felt less crowded, which was convenient for taking photos and walking around. The staff put a lot of effort into styling my hair! It was beautiful; the shop assistants were also very happy to help you get dressed up.

The environment is nice, and the location is easy to find. The staff is very friendly and can speak English and Chinese very well. They helped my daughter change her clothes nicely. We booked a family package, and everyone was dressed well with simple makeup. Thumbs up.

All the staff in the shop are very attentive. They all make sure I look my best for the photoshoot. Ms. Kate, the makeup artist, is the best. She hid all my blemishes so well and accentuates my features. Mr Jay, the photographer, made the photoshoot so easy and fun. The photoshoot was only for an hour but he took so many beautiful pictures at different locations. I am very satisfied with the experience.

We booked about a month in advance, and it was well worth the price. The service was excellent; they helped us with our hair and getting into the costumes. There were plenty of options to choose from, and we even took the bags with us when we went sightseeing. There were several spots perfect for an "Insta-worthy" look, and we could take pictures there and at the temple too. There's a photographer available who could help us with photos, but we didn't see him.
