The tour guide was punctual and easy to communicate with, speaking good English. We were on a tour with only 8 people. The tour guide was kind enough to look after my 11-year-old son, who was skiing for the first time. My son really enjoyed skiing on the slope and played many times. Highly recommended!

I must give praise to our tour guide, ALEX, today! He was not only attentive and patient in his explanations but also thoughtfully helped take care of my child. He was truly amazing!

This time, I shared a ride with one other person, and only four of us participated. We chose to depart on a Friday, and it was only an hour's drive from Myeongdong. First, we changed into our snowsuits and walked 6-7 minutes to the ski resort, then collected our ski equipment. The guide also served as our ski instructor, teaching diligently in English and even helping us with photos and videos. We were able to play until 3 PM before returning the equipment. The resort has hot food, 7-Eleven, Burger King, and other dining options, and the environment is beautiful! In the end, because the guide wasn't clear about which package I had purchased, the company unfairly charged me an additional amount for the snowsuit equipment. Afterward, I reported it to Klook, and I'm currently waiting for Klook's compensation. It's great to have Klook!

Crystal is such an accommodating tour guide. She has great patience and very good communication skills. She is fluent in English and Chinese, so you don't have to worry about communication problem. The only thing to take note is that this package only provides ski gear rental, BUT not ski clothes rental. Ski clothes are separately paid to the ski clothes rental shop. So, beware of that.

Today, we traveled to the Pyeongchang ski resort, which is incredibly far from Myeongdong, about 200 kilometers away, taking at least 2 hours. It might be the largest ski resort in Korea, as it hosted the 2018 Winter Olympics, so it's not just any ordinary facility. Originally, we planned to go to Jisan Ski Resort, which is very close to Myeongdong, but due to poor snow conditions, we had to switch to Pyeongchang. Coach GOGO meticulously guided us beginners, explaining things carefully and pointing out our issues, helping everyone understand their mistakes and gradually correct them. I managed to ski down the slope for 50 seconds without falling, even dodging other skiers and safely reaching the platform below. Through continuous practice, without even stopping for lunch, I finally succeeded! Awesome, awesome, awesome!🤣🤣🤣

It was such an amazing experience skiing today! Our coach “Googoo” was super patient and guided us so well—thanks to him so much! I went from knowing nothing about skiing to being able to glide down on my own!

Coach Owen is very professional and patient. He teaches step-by-step from the most basic movements, explaining clearly and demonstrating effectively. I wasn't nervous at all during my first skiing experience, and it was great. I recommend him to beginners. As a complete beginner who had never skied before, I was quite nervous at first, but Coach Owen's teaching style really put me at ease. His explanations were very clear, and he broke down movements into fine details, adjusting the pace according to my progress. He constantly reminded me about safety and balance. When I struggled with something, he patiently repeated the instructions without any sign of impatience. In just one short lesson, I was able to ski down slowly on my own, which was incredibly fulfilling. Alex was an excellent guide and ski trainer, patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the experience. We enjoyed the experience immensely, especially the great photos and videos that captured so many fun moments. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try skiing!

We commend VIP Travel and especially our tour guide, Gogo, for our fun and safe ski experience in Yongpyong Ski Resort last Dec 11th, 2025. By Dec 10th ~2 PM, VIP Travel already informed of the resort venue change due to the weather conditions then, and they arranged for everything, so we didn't have to pay or book for anything more. Gogo was an accommodating, detail-oriented tour guide, who took care of every guest considering that most in our group were beginners in skiing. Gogo and their team had good and clear English and conversational skills, and they were responsive and well-prepared. Their van was also very comfortable and clean; and their driver was kind (sorry, wasn't able to get his name).
