It's our honour to meet such excellent coaches - Leo & Dean who gave us a memorable Chinese New Year. Absolutely had fun and will come back to join if any chance in future. Every staff are well support during the journey & We did have a great time.

It was a fun experience for the family. We are grateful to our tour guide Dean who is very patient with my senior citizen parents. He is also very patient with our questions not only about skiing but also about Korea. Will recommend this tour.

TJ was great! He really taught us to ski! At first, we almost felt like giving up as we kept falling. He encouraged us to practice and practice until we got on our feet to ski! He never rushed us and gave us ample time to select our ski attires, gave us enough time for lunch, and made sure we enjoy the experience. We definitely loved TJ as our guide! He was very friendly and really helped my husband during the ski lessons! Also, we loved the Isaac Toast! It was so tasty!!! We will definitely book this again for our next winter trip in South Korea!

During the Chinese New Year holiday, we took a family trip to Korea. Since my eldest daughter loves skiing and I've never tried snowboarding, we signed up for a Klook snowboarding lesson. We were all very satisfied with today's itinerary and lesson! After we gathered and got on the bus, Coach Leo prepared warm Isaac toast for us as breakfast. His detailed guidance and explanations during the lesson allowed the students to quickly pick up the skills, showing his rich experience! Of course, Coach Leo also highly values safety. During the lesson, there was a small issue with the snowboard I rented, and Coach Leo even lent me his own board to practice with, which was truly thoughtful! On the way back, Coach Leo also prepared hand warmers for us, adding warmth to the low temperatures from the heavy snowfall in Korea over the past two days, warming us from the bottom of our hearts! Five-star recommendation ^-^

It was truly an unforgettable experience! The location was breathtaking, with stunning snowy peaks and a well-maintained resort. The slopes catered to all skill levels, beginner-friendly trails. The equipment rental process was seamless, with a wide variety of high-quality gear available. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful tips and ensuring everyone felt safe and comfortable. PLUS, I LIKE THE TOAST!!!

I highly recommend everyone to come! It was a very worthwhile and satisfying trip. The coach accompanied us in the car, explaining the upcoming procedures in detail during the journey. If we had any questions, he would explain them thoroughly until we understood. During the learning process, as long as you weren't afraid and were eager to learn, the coach would patiently stay with you, teaching you step by step. He would also cheer you on, which was really thoughtful 🥰. We loved our Coach Kim the most! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 This time, due to the temperature, the opening time of the original ski resort was delayed, so we ended up going to the slightly more distant Phoenix Pyeongchang Ski Resort. Although the car ride was an hour longer, we got to see an even more expansive ski resort because of it. Especially the snow scenery seen from the top platform when taking the cable car! That view was magnificent and beautiful. If you love taking photos, you could definitely take plenty of great shots up there. I've attached a beautiful photo taken from the cable car ❄️. Also, a big thank you to the driver. The car he drove was the most stable and comfortable we've ever ridden in during our time in Korea. We could sleep so soundly. Thank you for making us so happy during our journey. Finally, I want to thank Coach Kim, the driver, and the travel agency again. Thank you for giving us another wonderful experience.

First time skiing in Korea ⛷️ I chose snowboarding (it looks so cool!) My Korean 🇰🇷 instructor was Leo ~ he was super patient 👍 Five-star rating! Because I couldn't get the hang of it, Leo kept helping me find the reason and even changed my snowboard 🏂 3 times (to find the right board for me). All of this was so I could quickly find my balance and feel during practice ^^ He taught me one-on-one and held me (I think this course would be very expensive in Taiwan). After 3 hours, I could finally slide down from the top ☝️ by myself. So happy 🥳

#First Skiing Experience I have to start by praising Coach Jin. He provided super nice and attentive guidance throughout the entire process. This was my first time meeting such a meticulous and incredibly caring coach. From the car ride introduction to collecting equipment at the ski resort, and even helping adjust the tightness of my ski boots, he was hands-on every step of the way. During the lessons, he was also very serious and careful in taking responsibility for everyone! Highly recommended! I could also feel the hard work of being a ski coach, as he was constantly going up and down, guiding every student, and was even out of breath from talking so much. All in all, this experience was fantastic 👍👍👍

This time, there were three of us, and Coach Kim was incredibly kind, attentive, and gentle! He proactively took photos for everyone, and his photography skills were excellent ✨. We recommend buying cable car tickets online 🚡 (it's more expensive on-site). Skiing consumes a lot of energy, so avoiding repeated uphill climbs allows you to play longer~! The breakfast was popular Korean toast and it was delicious~ and each person received a bottle of water. We sincerely recommend buying drinks from a convenience store to go with it~ it's very satisfying 😌. On the way back, they provided hand warmers and new masks, which was incredibly thoughtful~ thoughtful to the core 👍🏻✨☺️ Highly recommended without any promotions*
