Processo da Experiência
Se você pegar o metrô ou um táxi, irei pessoalmente buscá-lo/levá-lo na saída do metrô e na porta. Você irá diretamente para minha casa para participar da experiência, não importa se você sabe cozinhar ou não, ou se tem alguma base culinária. Contanto que você esteja interessado em massas e tenha um estômago e coração de foodie, tudo bem.
- Chegue na minha casa por volta das 11h para o almoço (ou por volta das 17h para o jantar).
- Se você estiver interessado ou tiver tempo suficiente, levarei você aos mercados matinais e noturnos locais para comprar ingredientes frescos para cozinhar. Você também pode aprender e trocar ideias sobre cultura alimentar com os moradores locais.
- Eu guiarei todos a participar da experiência profunda de todos os detalhes do processo (mostrando aos hóspedes os segredos das massas sem reservas).

Rabbit, a very enthusiastic lady, met me at the subway station and then led me to a nearby traditional market to buy ingredients. Some of the items sold in Beijing's markets are different from those in Taiwan. I saw many ingredients I had never seen before, such as purple radishes and green radishes – it was fascinating. Rabbit is very talkative and can discuss any topic eloquently, which also allowed me to experience many different cultures and ways of life. Next, we went to Rabbit's home, a very clean and elegant Beijing residence. There, we started making dumplings from scratch, preparing both the wrappers and the filling. The meticulousness of northern Chinese people regarding dumpling wrappers and the specific order of preparing the filling left me in awe. Although my family also makes dumplings, this was a method I had never known. I was very excited to gain these valuable experiences and knowledge from Teacher Rabbit. Later, we enjoyed the fruits of our labor. Wow, it was a moving feast! I had never eaten such chewy (Beijingers call it "jindao") dumplings – they were springy and firm, absolutely delicious. Moreover, the handmade tofu bought from the local market had a captivating smoky aroma, adding a wonderful touch to the already supremely delicious dumplings. Many thanks to Teacher Rabbit; this was truly a fulfilling and enriching day. Highly, highly recommended.
I had a wonderful time! It was a relaxing, easy, and memorable experience. We visited the local fruit and vegetable market to get ingredients and made the dumplings from flour and water, cooking and mixing the filling, putting the filling into the dough, then boiling them. It was very fresh and healthy. I highly recommend it if you want a homemade, classic meal. The host is friendly, laid-back, and helpful.
Rabbit is such an amazing person! She kindly and precisely told me how to cook authentic Chinese cuisine. Taking a lot of pictures, talking with her a lot, everything was miraculously fun! Definitely recommended!
I had the absolute most amazing experience. Rabbit is above all a wonderful human being who is so insightful in Chinese cuisine. I really enjoyed going to the market and gathering the ingredients. Also, I spotted one of my favorite vegetables which we incorporated into our meal as a side we made vegetarian dumplings for the main dish. They were absolutely stunning. We used chili crisp that she made from ingredients her mother grew. The experience was immersive, and I will forever be grateful for making a new friend and getting to share stories over food. That is what traveling is about food, stories and friendship. The second I come back to China. I am booking this cooking class again. You will not regret your decision, book with Rabbit.
The entire experience has been nothing short of marvelous 🤩 it's not "just" a cooking class, but a whole day spent with locals learning about Chinese culture and lifestyle in Beijing. My husband Luca and I were welcomed in the best possible way by Rabbit and her wonderful friends. We visited the local morning market, went to her beautiful home, chatted over good tea and some fruits, and then started cooking all together. We prepared cold and warm noodles, and Rabbit was also so kind as to fulfill our wishes, so we prepared Baozi, local vegetables, and skin tofu, all vegan and super tasty 😍 We skipped a day of visiting and sightseeing, but what we gained was definitely precious. We learned from the real people of this country and lived an amazing slow day away from the crowds. We deeply recommend Rabbit, who is a super nice, warm person 🥰 we made a new friend!
I have had the best time with Rabbit!! it was my best experience so far in Beijing. At home i always love to cook and Rabbit thought me how to make dumplings and other Chinese Dishes. We first went to the foodmarket toghether where I could pick the ingredients I liked. than we spent a lot of time talking and making dumplings and cooking of course!! We had so much food and I loved everything. She also gave me boxes to take home the food which was left. it was such an amazing experience to cook 1 by 1 with an amazing, lovely woman! Thank you for an amazing cooking class. We went to the market to pick the vegetables and I got to ask questions about the fruit and veg I've never tried before and try them later. It was great to learn a bit more about Chinese cuisine. Thanks again.

The cooking class was great. In the morning, we went together to a local market to buy the ingredients for the dumplings. Afterwards, we went to Rabbit's place, where we first had tea together, and then we started preparing everything. I learned how to make the dough and the filling, as well as how to shape them. We also cooked many different vegetable dishes, such as lotus and winter melon, to go with them. We spent the whole day together, and it was a wonderful experience. I was also pleased that everything was prepared vegan.
