Location is easy to find. Redemption was easy; just walk in. The massage was so-so. Staff is polite. First-timer.

It's a 5-minute walk from the MTR station, which isn't too far, but not exactly close either. The masseur's technique was excellent, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely consider coming again.

Despite booking a shoulder and back massage, they also massaged my legs, glutes, and even gave me a head massage. A 60-minute full body massage for about 1500 yen is incredibly cost-effective! I wanted to go after having dinner at Terminal 21, so I made a reservation for 9 PM. First, they washed my feet, and then I went up to a bed on the second floor. I was given massage clothes to change into. I kept my pants on, but took off my bra. If you're concerned, a bralette might be okay to keep on? But during the treatment, they cover you with a blanket, and it seems better not to wear a bra so it doesn't get in the way. You're told to put your belongings in a locker by the bedside (no key). They massaged my entire body thoroughly: back -> legs -> shoulders -> then on my back for legs, hands -> arms -> sitting for shoulders -> back! My bed's location was unfortunate, as I was directly under the air conditioning and felt cold, but my companion didn't have that experience, so it might just be luck. Ultimately, I was very satisfied as my flight fatigue was gone! It was a shiatsu and anma massage, without the use of oils. Finally, they served me tea. I gave the tip at the register when leaving the store. (I wonder when the correct timing is...)

Convenient location, attentive and polite masseuse. During the massage, they asked if the pressure was sufficient, and the whole experience felt very comfortable. Booking through Klook was very convenient, allowing instant reservations, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

We've been receiving service since the first day of our trip with the kids. They are kind and it's close to our accommodation, so we'll probably continue to use them until the end of our trip.
