They start with thorough stretching and warm-ups. There's no air conditioning, so frequent hydration is a must. It was incredibly hot, but being immersed in Muay Thai was a fantastic experience. It was a wonderful experience. They thoroughly teach the basics of Muay Thai. Both the instructors and the surrounding staff are kind and make the experience exciting. Perhaps because the group was small, I was lucky enough to get into the ring and experience light sparring. You get a solid 1.5-hour workout. Also, since the facility is outdoors, you definitely need at least 1 liter of water.

I really enjoyed the hands-on experience of boxing, including the punching bag and speed bag. It was all very fun and addictive, making me want to go back and try it again.

The Klook system and the course instructors were all great! The 3-star rating for value for money (CP value) is because the system didn't clearly state that the ropes for the class were not included and would need to be purchased. We only found out upon arrival that we had to pay an additional 500 Thai Baht to buy them. Another reason for this misunderstanding is that I directly contacted the supplier, and the price they quoted included the ropes, and was the same as Klook's. For our group of 6, we ended up paying an extra 3000 Thai Baht through the platform.
