The Muay Thai experience was quite interesting, and the coach was good too. It was a bit hot outdoors, but it was worth trying. It was a lot of fun, definitely recommend going!

This place is a good place to train for physical fitness. I took a private class here and the coach was friendly. He taught me some good moves, now I can at least stand a chance to fight back against bullies. The only issue is there's a slight language barrier with the staff, not the coach. Just the staff. They thought I signed up for a group class at first. They didn't even see that I signed up for a private class. My timing was at 11 am, but they told me I needed to wait until 4 pm. Then, by God's grace, they figured it out.

You need to bring your own hand wraps and boxing gloves, otherwise, you'll have to pay 100 baht to rent them. Some people insist it's fine to go without hand wraps and gloves, but your hands will likely hurt more. After the coach taught the basic movements, they took turns teaching sandbag, glove, and physical training. My friend and I went on a weekday afternoon, so it wasn't very crowded. I recommend just taking a Group Class; it's much cheaper and there's no need for a Private Class. If you bring your own towel, you can shower, which is quite nice.

If you have a packed nightlife itinerary in Pattaya, I would advise against purchasing this tour. However, if you are someone who regularly exercises and has a basic fitness level, and has never experienced Muay Thai, I hope you don't miss out on this class. Before coming, I thought it was a "Muay Thai experience" class, but it was actually a "Muay Thai training" class. On that day, besides me, it seemed like the other students weren't first-timers, as they might have brought their own boxing gloves, hand wraps, etc. But even with zero experience and a different skill level from the other students, the coaches were still very patient and specifically guided me. Those who purchase this can rest assured that they won't regret it; as long as your physical condition allows, the coaches are very willing to provide more comprehensive teaching and guidance, but usually, students are defeated by their own stamina first. I recommend that anyone planning to sign up do a bit more preparation (and build up their stamina) before going. This will make the 1.5-2 hours even more fulfilling. If I go to Pattaya again, I will definitely take this class again.

class is very good. lasted about 90 minutes. very tired by the end. def feel like I’m getting a little better

private class is very nice. not too intense but definitely get me sweating. definitely a fun experience when in Thailand

Good gym. Lots of equipment and not too crowded. Cold plunge and sauna included with class too which is cool
