It's my second time here at Lek Siam Square. I love the location since it's near the Gentlewoman Flagship Store and within walking distance of Centralworld. I also love the service here, which is why I came back. The facility is clean, and the staff are friendly.

I wanted to experience a spa on my first trip to Thailand, so I booked this place based on good reviews. Since my schedule wasn't fixed, I hadn't made a reservation by phone in advance, but when I entered around 7 PM on the day and presented my voucher at the reception, I was immediately guided in. I chose the Royal Treatment Package (150 minutes), and I'm glad I used Klook as it was cheaper than paying locally. I had a female therapist, and my husband had a male therapist. We were led to a dimly lit semi-private room, and the pleasant aroma and calming music made us feel very relaxed. The treatment was performed carefully and thoroughly according to the course duration. I was secretly nervous that Thai massage might be painful, but the therapist adjusted it while observing my reactions, and it was just right for me, a pleasantly painful sensation. The herbal ball surprised me with its heat at first, but once I got used to it, it felt good with its nice aroma. I especially recommend the foot massage, which was incredibly comfortable. When I entered, my feet were swollen and painful from travel fatigue, but by the end of the treatment, they were surprisingly refreshed, and the pain had disappeared, which deeply impressed both my husband and me. After the treatment, we were very satisfied with the delicious Thai tea and cookies. While there might be cheaper places, the service was excellent, and I could truly feel the effects of the massage, so it's a place I'd want to visit again.

They are very accommodating and responsive through email as we need to change the reservation suddenly. The masseuse and service is good. Area is also just very close to the BTS station, just below.
