I booked this the night before so I arrived as a surprise to them as they did not check the Klook bookings that day. they happily facilitated me and was quite friendly. the session was done in English and it was not bad as the cosmetician lived in the USA before. I did learn some new techniques but not as much I thought I would. also make sure to ask questions as they sometimes even forgot their own steps. I got a very clean finish but I was also looking for a glowy finish. maybe it’s just my skin problem. I think this session is better for beginners

The shop itself was very good. It's on the 4th floor of an old building. If you turn the corner from the main street where Coffee Bean is, you'll find it. It has "彬" written on a gold plate. There's an elevator, and the interior of the shop, unlike the building, has a gorgeous atmosphere. The interpreter was very helpful. However, the content of my reservation was different from what was displayed. It said hair and makeup and color analysis, but it was actually a makeup lesson. The app is very confusing, so I think it would be better for the shop to improve it. It's a shame because the makeup teacher is wonderful. In the end, it was a very good experience for both my child and me. I would definitely like to use their services again.

My mother and I visited the salon together. We had booked hair styling + full makeup. It was quite difficult to walk there on a hot summer day as it's located between Apgujeong Rodeo and Gangnam-gu Office. We had a 10 AM reservation, and when we entered the salon, the staff looked surprised, as if to say, "Huh?" There was already a Korean customer, and when I showed them my Klook reservation, they said they could only accommodate one person. Despite this, I persisted, and we managed to negotiate: my mother would get hair styling + makeup, and I would get hair styling. This took 30 minutes (10:30 AM). From there, my mother moved on to makeup, and I was asked to wait for 15 minutes, which I reluctantly did. However, after waiting 15, then 20 minutes, I still wasn't called. I saw the staff were still doing the hair of the Korean customer who had arrived earlier (it was 11:00 AM at this point). I couldn't take it anymore, so I used a translation app to tell the staff, "I (the daughter) won't be doing it. Please give me a refund." Suddenly, their attitude changed, and they started saying, "We initially said only one person, but we can do two." My anger exploded. I couldn't understand it. I kept communicating through the translator, insisting on a refund. They said things like, "If you come back at 1 PM, we can do all the makeup too." My distrust was at its peak, and I couldn't tolerate it anymore. When I told them through the translator, "I've been waiting for over an hour. This is terrible," they seemed to give in and agreed to a refund. However, there was another problem: since my mother had already received hair styling + full makeup, we couldn't cancel through Klook. So, I asked for a cash refund for one person's fee. They then said, "We don't have cash right now," and "We can't go to the bank today," and "Please come back tomorrow." When I explained, "I have other plans tomorrow, so that's difficult," they suggested various options like bank transfer. So, we decided to visit the salon again the next day to receive the cash. It's truly disappointing that our plans were disrupted, and I couldn't get the hair styling + full makeup I was looking forward to. This anger will not subside. The service was terrible; I will never go there again. It's the worst salon.
