De Sydney ao Hunter Valley: Uma Experiência Gastronômica e de Vinhos Liderada por Chef

Jimmy, unser Reiseleiter, war sehr freundlich und hat uns während der gesamten Reise ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Es gab so viel zu essen und Weine! Wir besuchten 3 Weintäler und sahen Kängurus!! Der Sydney Fish Market war auch super. Ich habe gehört, dass er geschlossen wird und sie am 19. Januar 26 in den neuen Markt direkt neben dem Fish Market umziehen. Ich bin froh, dass ich ihn noch sehen konnte, bevor er schließt. Jimmy hat auch ein köstliches Frühstück und Mittagessen für uns gekocht, so sehr, dass ich ein Food Coma hatte! haha

La combinación de vino, comida gourmet y experiencias prácticas hizo que este tour fuera verdaderamente especial. ¡Altamente recomendado para cualquiera que busque una aventura deliciosa y memorable!

You can taste 16 different wines throughout the trip, including many classic varieties. ■ For strict vegetarians (no onions, no garlic), it is recommended to contact Jimmy before the tour. - Australian vegetarianism only means no meat; everything else is allowed, so sauces and similar items need to be confirmed in advance. - My vegan in-laws still praised Jimmy's cooking as delicious. ■ All-English itinerary - The guide, Jimmy, will speak slowly and with correct pronunciation, but the winery staff's accent is heavier, and they speak quickly. It is recommended that someone in the group has upper-intermediate English listening skills to help with translation; it's a good trip for practicing listening. - Since the entire group comes from various countries, a certain level of English proficiency will facilitate better communication. ■ The itinerary is very authentic, allowing you to truly experience local life. - The winery is very unique, not a typical tourist winery. - The food prepared is also very delicious. - The entire trip gives people a very relaxed and pleasant feeling.

Tutto quello che devi fare è goderti la tua ora del vino con cibo delizioso in un'atmosfera rilassante. One of the most amazing wine tour experiences we’ve ever had, Jimmy is personable, great at his craft (cooking and tourguiding) and knowledgeable , visiting boutique wineries gave us a more personalised experience and more knowledge on wine were imparted, Jimmy has a close relationship with the wineries and going on his tour meant VIP treatment from the wineries.

Jimmy played three roles by himself on this trip: driver, tour guide, and chef. Although we had to depart very early, Jimmy prepared breakfast and lunch for the group for the entire day. He was very attentive, explaining interesting facts about the food and answering questions about Australian culture. The food he cooked was also delicious. We visited three wineries, and at each, we could sample about six different wines without any pressure to purchase. This tour is definitely worth joining!

Jimmy is amazing! This trip is highly recommended. First, the itinerary is very rich: a fish market, a picnic and sushi-making in a lakeside town, and three wineries – incredibly diverse! And Jimmy's cooking is genuinely excellent; it was the first time I found raw oysters delicious, and paired with sparkling wine, the flavor was absolutely divine! The people in our group were also great. Since we spent most of the trip sitting together, drinking, chatting, and enjoying delicious food, we naturally became close. It was a very pleasant day of eating, drinking, and talking. I recommend this to anyone interested in wine, cheese, and gourmet food.

Jimmy was a great cook and a wonderful guide. I can experience valuable time with beautiful scenery and tasty wines. I hope everyone can have a good memory with Jimmy.

Jimmy is the chef, tour guide, and driver. He's truly amazing. The sushi rolling class was the most fun. The wine tasting and food pairing were excellent. My husband misses Jimmy's cooking.

This is an event I would definitely want to attend again, and I would recommend it to all my friends. Absolutely fantastic! A minibus will pick everyone up at designated locations, with travelers from various countries. - Fish Market: They will introduce several special fish species and oysters, followed by 10 minutes of free time to buy coffee & use the restroom. - Breakfast: Drive to the cooking area on a small hill. Breakfast is very rich (cakes, pies, fruits, etc.), and they also teach you how to make sushi rolls. - Three Wineries: Two local wineries, and one from the same group. All of them felt very comfortable; they introduced their wines very earnestly without any pressure to buy, and it didn't feel like a typical tourist trap. Very pleasant. Jimmy was the tour guide, chef, and driver, and his cooking was truly delicious. He also introduced the scenery during the drive.
